Horrible internet! I set up 2nd appt bc I couldn't be there for the 6 hour time frame they gave me...so missed 1st appt because they didn't call before like they were supposed to...2nd time I just happened to be home during the time they showed up at, again NO CALL...the technician replaced the connector thingys...worked ok for a few days then back to same old sparklight...service has been horrible last 2 weeks...only gave me $10 off my bill for the last 6 months of bad service...I had all the days( 30+) that were bad on my calendar....10 of those days I tried calling but they close at 1pm,haha ...what a joke ..im going with a better company soon

Internet has been down since the 16th of August 2024.
But my modem only works from 12 pm to 6:30 pm (off and on... kid you not)
Everytime I schedule a time for them to come by between 8 am and noon, (since I work afternoons.)
They have changed it on there own without a notice or phone call or text everyday since.
The one day off I had they made it here and the tech did not look at my lines.. did not have meter.. not even a tool belt, and just added a filter to back of modem and left which did nothing at all.
My kid is homeschooled and has missed everyday so far.
I really wish there was a real IP in our area. They are the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.. techs are lazy.. phone reps are scrip readers. Everyone I've delt with so far are vengeful when scheduling and putting in the notes we ask to have a supervisor come out. Told us we hung up and they cancelled today's appointment because of that, when in fact we stay on the line to do the survey... But they don't want us to do the survey so the rep hangs up and cancelled our appointment. The worst customer service ever, the only notes they put down are "give them a run around " ... Save yourself a lot of headaches.
Well guess we'll see tomorrow after I scheduled again from 8-12 and see what jokes I hear.

In Marietta, OK, prepare to purchase your own equipment to have WiFi in any room other than the one with their router. Then wait 11 months for them to bury the cable strewn across the alley, across your yard, to connect to your house. NO ONE will talk directly to you expect a customer service rep definitely not living in the area. They'll take a message that's never returned. Even when we went into the local office for help and direct information, the receptionist took a message. (no reply) Search for and contact corporate - they helped us.
Wifi is off more than its on. Still pay full price. Our home phone rarely work and I have a special needs sister that I need to have contact with while I'm at work. And trying to watch a movie...forget it. It will not last thru the whole thing.
Over 2 hours on Hold trying to get to a supervisor for the 3rd day in a row. I have 6 open accounts for different properties some months my bill is 156 dollars some months it’s 750. One of my properties I’ve been charged since august yet the internet has never worked. NEVER.
After sitting on hold, speaking to 5 different people none of which had any answers other than wow your account is really messed up. I was told they would not let me out of 2 year contract even though I’ve been paying for internet for 7 months for nothing. They said a technician would be out the same day before 5 to fix it. That was 2 days ago. Still no internet & no technician.
But Sparklight says it’s my fault because I didn’t call. I’ve been calling for months. Everytime on hold for hours with no Answer.
Very poor customer service and very scammy. I do not recommend Sparklight. You can get att internet for $50 a month. If you’re not in a contract I’d recommend switching.
Tried to reactivate my internet and instead of getting help, I couldn’t even gain access to a person. Real helpful when yall shut down your customer service line during the weekends. It’s almost to the point that I’m tempted to end my internet service with yall and look for other options.
Great internet provider. It has the speed to take care of us with all the games and shows we watch. Just a little pricey for just internet.
It is very easy to set up an installation appointment. Prices are very good compared to other internet companies. Had up to date notifications for when the technician would arrive. Work was done quickly and professionally.
This location is a food truck with a nice balcony on the side where there is plenty of seating, lighting and fanning. The food was very delicious and for an affordable price. Definitely recommend this place if your passing by the area or live in the
