Had to switch my service from one house to another and I was able to setup the whole appointment from my phone via a chat with a customer service rep. No phone call necessary. The rep even gave me a loyal customer discount, which was a huge help. Then the technician, Leon, came out to install the new modem and he was very polite and helpful. He helped me hide the modem out of sight in the closet and he even helped me tack the cables up out of the way. Thanks for making it easy. Nathan

Sparklight tech "Leon" helped us today with our TV service that had ceased working. His calm and confident demeanor set us at ease that he was entirely capable of diagnosing the problem and correcting it. We had a host of questions that he answered in easy to understand terms. Leon at no time was condescending toward us and our lack of tech savvy. He was 100% kind and helpful. Leon represents the quality of customer service that keep customers loyal. We can not overstate the level of appreciation we have for what he brings to the customer service table.

If they ever make a mistake with your payment, expect to pay extra for THEIR mistakes. They won't work with you. They won't tell you if you have credit you can use. For a company that's becoming obsolete, because it's so much cheaper to have all the different streaming apps, they sure don't treat their customers very well.

I have been a Sparklight customer for over a year now and have always had great service up until about a month or so ago. After several techs came out and ran tests, it was finally determined that the lines that were tacked inside my apartments walls were shorting the line causing me to constantly drop the internet. Despite this being aggravating, the help I received was top notch. From the techs I had come out to my apartment to the people on the phone, everyone was very professional and helped as much as they could, plus some. They even spoke about my problem specifically at one of their morning meetings to discuss a solution while all their people were present. Of all the internet companies I have had through the years, none of them have ever done that before. They installed a brand new line and worked with me on the placement of the modem and router and gave me a long enough coax cable to reach another wall where my nearest outlet was. They even gave me a credit on my next bill to compensate for my problems without me even having to call them to ask for one. TOP NOTCH! Chris, Cayman, Leon and everyone else that helped me at the Lewiston, ID office, I thank you all so very much for all of your help and I will definitely recommend you to other people in the future. You all deserve a raise!

When I first tried to bring Sparklight service into our new house, I was informed that there was no cable on my street, and they would send the plow crew to put some in. I had to go with a wireless ISP. To my surprise, a tech knocked on my door to inform me the cable was in place and I could resubmit my order. Then they found there was no drop to the house, so they referred me to the drop crew. Very shortly after that , they were there to trench it in. Everyone was polite and efficient. It turned out to be half the cost and twice the speed of my wireless service. All around a good experience and superb outcome.

We have had a on going issue with our internet randomly dropping signal , I stopped in to the Lewiston office and spoke with Karina and had the most pleasant experience I have ever had when it came to dealing with Sparklight or Cable one , Karina set us up a appointment for the 8th of May . Our service man Leon showed up on time and listened intently to what the issue was then promptly went to work and located and solved the problem and we found Leon to be polite and very efficient ! Nice to know there is still so companies who know what customer service really is .
