Sparkles Family Fun Center - Roller skating rink in Kennesaw - 1000 McCollum Pkwy NW, USA

Seems like a fun place to hang out. Went here for a birthday party, and the kids were certainly enjoying themselves. Lots of activities and play spaces, the music is good (though a bit loud), and there more activities on the rink than just skating in a circle. Food prices weren't too bad, and it seems like the price for hosting a party wasn't bad either for all they provide.

Roller skating here is super fun! My kids and I have come here probably 3 or 4 times and we always have a good time. Food and drinks are available for purchase, including adult beverages. The music was good and the price was reasonable. We came during the kids winter break and the place wasn't too crowded.

I've gone a few times with my child, and every time, there's a different policy (signed waiver checks, free/paid trainers). I considered having a birthday party here but will likely do something else given recent visits. Their employees can ruin guest experiences, so I blame this solely on the culture allowed by management.

Had a blast tonight with my family! The music & atmosphere were great. Love the huge playground & the food at the cafe is good too. If you or the family are looking for a place that has several amenities & is fun for everyone, Sparkles is a wonderful option. One thing I’d suggest as a person that’s been skating for years, and especially if you have children skating, is rink etiquette. Even people that’ve been skating for 10,15,20+ yrs can review this! For those unfamiliar, outer lanes on a rink floor are the fastest speed/highest skill level area & where most incident might happen because of so many reasons (entering or exiting the floor, slow skating, skating with trainers, standing, feet or skates dangling, etc.). Next lanes in are for intermediate/beginner skaters & the center is for stationary work, children/parents assisting them, skate trainers, & those learning to skate. I have kids that skate so I made it a priority to teach them this to ensure they are as safe as possible while skating because they could be a hazard for someone else! To the adult women in particular, let’s not slow walk or catch up with girlfriends in the outside lane LOL! As a shuffle skater I want to skate uptempo & y’all have way more space than us to do you 🤪! It’s important to teach the next generation of skaters the same! It’s such a much better experience when people follow rink etiquette because everyone is able to enjoy themselves with minimal to no incidents. Staff & management handle everything well so the fun continues, thank you Sparkles for that! Also, if you have kiddos 10 & younger they can get free passes if you register them with their kids skate free program. Holiday hours have allowed us to skate several times for free which we’ve loved (and who doesn’t want to save money especially after a Christmas?!) Hope someone finds this helpful 🤗

The people working here are extremely rude. Kinda ruined the experience for me, came to celebrate my little sisters birthday here and got no help or information from the staff. Only got a bunch of attitude and ignored. If you’re thinking of coming i recommend going to the hiram one!!

I went here as a child like 20 years ago, holy cow I'm old, when my school would rent out the place for skate nights. They have since added the play area and games. I no longer live in the area but visited my parents during the chirstams holiday and made a trip over. I enjoyed myself!

When Sparkles did the princess tea party. Wow my daughter and granddaughter had the time of their life. It was so professionally done and the kids had a great time. I loved the staff their at Kennesaw Sparkles. You will love them. The pizza was kinda good but it wasn't great. I hope they will do it again soon, and my girls will be there for that one as well.

Had our staff work party there for Christmas last month. Such an amazing time. Super accommodating & friendly staff. Will definitely plan another event someday there!!
