Pros: they have added a lot and there are a bunch of fun stuff to do with kids from ages 1 to 8 They have many sensory accommodations including a more quiet room to color As a breastfeeding mom their lactation room is absolutely amazing!!!!!!! I mean seriously they thought of everything. A rocking chair. A table. A place to put your pump and plug it in. A dimmer switch. Books there for older children to read if they're with you. It also serves as a cool down room. 10/10. There is something to do for all kids even babies my 7 month old loves the cushion area with a mirror I can sit in a safe area with him and watch him interact with shapes and everything. The mirror tunnel is amazing too. The golf balls are interesting and for older kids I think they can really help teach them about physics. The giant light bright is my son's favorite and a much needed amazing addition to the museum! Cons: they are only open till 5:00 p.m. even on weekends plus they have a lunch break from 12-1pm. It makes it nearly impossible for any working mom to make it there on a weekday. $9 a person is very steep especially when you're paying for parents, it really doesn't make any sense as I need to be there to watch my kid. A family of 5 needs to pay 45$ 😬. Unless I'm allowed to climb the helix I think it's silly for parents to pay to watch their child. Yes they have a membership but honestly they need more affordable options. Honestly it is amazing, but I wish Rochester had more affordable and open places to play this isn't the museums fault but I wish they could consider the fact they are really all we have for indoor play.
Super fun. When we got there - wasn’t sure, felt smallish and was in a mall. Don’t be fooled we loved it. Lots to do for 12 and 8 year old and lots of other kids to play with while there too. Staff was great. Cool stem stuff to make and play. We love the grocery store, kitchen and play restaurant. Will come back when in town again. Would upload picks but all have my grandsons in it ;)
I took a 3 yr old to Spark, and she absolutely loved it. So much to see, experience, and do! A lot of thought went into creating this magical playland. Fun for adults too. On Tuesdays, grandparents get in FREE.
$12 a piece for anyone over 1, so if you are going to go more than once & save a couple kids you might as well get the family pass.. Little kids LOVE this place. Perfect for toddlers during a Minnesota winter. If you have an EBT card you can pay $6 a piece. If you get the yearly pass it's $162 & grandparents go free on Tuesdays & you get 4 guest passes.. They have a massive water table, play kitchen, puppet area, Lego car race track, green screen, craft area, bathrooms, giant light brite, & more
We visited one time over spring break and with the addition of the city center station, we decided to become members (as it pays for itself after only a few visits). My daughter who is 5 is able to spend hours playing at Spark. She alternates between the climbing structure, the water station, and the air hose tube. My son who is 7 has more trouble finding things that peek his interest. Still, we will continue to be members and feel fortunate to have this great rerource in Rochester.
We instantly fell in love here and had to sign up for a package deal. No BS.. Kids had so much fun and it is a great, clean place for him to feel confident, explore, and learn. With regular events and activities - we're just in time for a place like this. Rochester needs it. The staff were quite friendly and sweet with my son.
My 2-year-old REALLY loved it here. Be warned: if you have a toddler, you're going to have a very hard time taking them out of this place, because they have so much fun. Lots of other kids there from 1 to around 6 or so, plenty of activities to do. A bit spendy - $9 per adult and $9 for each kid above like 1 year old - but the membership plan makes it WELL worth it if you plan on going often (your kids will love it) - memberships cost $100. This means for our family (mom, dad, toddler), we make the membership worth it after just 4 visits. With membership you basically get in for free. Itf you have a kid of suitable age it is DEFINITELY worth it. My son now loves to watch videos I took of him playing there, and after our visit there for a couple of hours, he fell asleep tonight like magic. Makes for a great day.
Great location for kids indoor play especially on hot days. Very clean and fun activities for kids. My 6y.o and 3 y.o. enjoyed it very much

Arguably the BEST Al pastor tacos Iâve ever had. Theyâre very nicely seasoned with a hint of sweetness from the pineapple and some char which I think they finish off with a blowtorch. Iâve had a lot of different street tacos and Al pastor tac
First time going today, I miss having access to the dahlc... but this facility is clean and very welcoming. Smaller, but 24-hour secure access is very nice. Wide variety of workouts available and very new member friendly ð definitely happy with
