The room was very clean and spacious. We were upgraded from a standard room to a king suite upon arrival at no charge. Breakfast options limited to bagels, yogurt and muffins and coffee. Additional items could be purchased at snack shop. Lots of parking, easy to find, felt safe. Entire building seemed to have been renovated recently. Good night’s sleep!

Clean and comfortable rooms. We enjoyed our stay here and they have large heated pool which is amazing. Best hotel in the area at affordable prices. Although breakfast had limited options like bagels muffins yogurt juices etc. which I personally liked it but not everyone will prefer this grab n go breakfast setup. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

This hotel should skip the Hilton name in it as it is completely substandard. First time in years of staying in many hotels, my kid and wife got bed bug bites after staying for one night. The TV is large but there was no volume. Looks like a setup issue and Manager brought the master remote to adjust. Once switched off, then volume resets to the lowest and is hardly heard. Breakfast is a joke. Just bagels. Come on guys, please don't advertise as free breakfast if u plan to offer only bagels and juice and coffee. At the least cereals would have been good but they are sold separately inside the hotel. The only reason it gets 2 stars is the location and it has a Mexican restaurant right next door which was excellent.

We stayed here on their 10th day of being open. I wanted to love this place. Unfortunately, the inside noise is TERRIBLE. The ceiling makes a loud creak every time the people above us walk around. I could hear someone blowing their trumpeting nose early this morning. Someone apparently rolled out around 4:30am because I heard their door slam no less than a dozen times. I know rude people cannot be controlled by the hotel, but our room is right by the stairs, which also creak and groan when people use them and that was the preferred method of travel for the rude people. This was probably because there is one elevator to serve the building and it is very slow. The pool was not ready to use, which was not noted online when I booked, so my kids were very disappointed. I honestly would have stayed somewhere else if I knew that. On the plus side, it does seem clean and beds are pretty comfortable. Suggest not staying anywhere near the stairs!

The first and last time we ever stay at a Spark due to the lack of professionalism and incompetence of the staff. Was checked in under the wrong reservation name and thus charged incorrectly. That was fixed somewhat but was still incorrect at check out. Our phone rang three separate times in the middle of the night. The type of ring one usually gets from the front desk. I went to the front desk and there was no one at the desk to help me out. In the morning when we were checking out a different front desk clerk was on duty. When told of the problem the clerks’ actions were unsympathetic and callous to our concerns. As mentioned, our bill had been adjusted but was still incorrect. The clerk was very abrupt, unprofessional and condescending in her tone of voice with me as well and refused to help. In all our years of travel we have never been treated so poorly. Shame on the clerk who was on duty in the morning. I have reported this experience to Hilton.

The housekeeper was in hurry to get into the room although we still have 1 hour before the check out time. She was rude. The hotel is not having a clean smell. Breakfast was not too important for us , although they only have bagels, muffin and yogurt.

We stopped here while on the road, it was a great experience! Very nice front desk staff, clean and spacious room and the bed was very comfortable. No frills but it did not lack in comfort

Positive: The rooms were we're cleaning presentable Negative: Bathroom sink drained all over the floor got the carpet wet and my feet.Breakfast consisted of coffee bagels and Juice when I ask if they had any cereal, he showed me one of the little boxes of cereal for $2.50 and $1 for the milk????
