Great Experience overall. Although the hotel is in a renovation period, we did not encounter any issues with that. The hotel looks amazing!
Staff: Had a great staff experience during our stay, especially with Tammy. The staff was making sure we enjoyed our stay and were available if needed.
Rooms: Were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and they provided daily room service. However, some stuff was definitely left out. We had no luggae rack in the room and no storage spaces to store our items. The fridge in the room is only a fridge no freezer.
Parking: Throughout our stay we encountered no issues. Parking was available at anytime.
Breakfast: A disappointment. This hotel offered only bagels, muffins, yogurt, spread, coffee, and apple or orange juice. They did not offer the traditional hotel breakfast which is typically waffles, cereal, milk, eggs, sausage etc. This definitely affected the experience.
Husband and I stayed three nights. We were there to visit friends in the area and attend a graduation. I booked through Hilton’s website directly. Check in went smooth, room was clean, staff was friendly. Hotel is under a complete renovation and the pool is closed. That was not told to us ahead of time and should have been. We were there for Memorial Day weekend and were expecting to be able to use the pool. ||The first morning we were there we had the front desk calling and knocking on our door multiple times as we were trying to get ready and leave for the graduation ceremony. He told us our reservation was for one night instead of 3, and we must book the other nights. I could see on my credit card I was already charged for 3 nights. I told him I did not have time to deal with it right then, and I would have to come back later to straighten the matter out. He was VERY rude and insisted I was wrong, and I needed to come to the desk and pay for the next 2 nights. I also had an email confirmation from Hilton for all 3 nights. It was extremely stressful. I went to the front desk and showed him and he still insisted I book 2 more nights anyway. I did not and left. We came directly back to the hotel that afternoon and thankfully the manager, who was wonderful, had straightened it all out. She also gave us a late checkout the next day, which was helpful. I would not stay here again until the renovation is completed.
We rented two rooms here for my tween daughters birthday. We got the adjoining rooms. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The kids swam in the evening and in the morning. The free breakfast was yummy. They loved the waffles. We also appreciated the snacks for purchase at the front desk. I really needed a Red Bull. The front office staff was helpful when one of us needed a toothbrush and toothpaste. I wouldn’t hesitate to book a room at locally owned Hotel Pearland.
Good hotel for a weekend stay. It should be great after completion of renovations.
Tammy helped well. Good attitude and attention towards breakfast.
I booked this room for just one night to prevent having to drive after a party in a nearby neighborhood. The lobby had a strong mold smell. The furniture in the room was old, banged up, and musty. Our room smelled like cigarettes, regardless of being a non-smoking room. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were like rocks. It was so uncomfortable. After seeing the room, I wish I hadn't booked it and debated on just driving home after the party. We reluctantly stayed anyway. I went down to check out the breakfast set up in the morning and it not look good to me. Everything looked off-brand and the egg/omelet things looked like they were frozen and microwaved. Booking has this hotel as a 3-star hotel, which is not accurate IMO. I should have picked the Courtyard by Marriot.
One out of the 2 rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. So I didn't sleep well. The 2nd room was good & roomy for the family.
Service was friendly and polite.
The location was convenient to the event we went to.
Essentials of a hotel. The beds are comfortable, and the cable is good. Continental breakfast, with waffles. The biggest complaint is pillows. They have lumps in them, not sure why, maybe they wash them. Alot to eat close by.
My family and I had a wonderful experience both as hotel guests and in using the facility for a mini-family gathering to celebrate my mother's 94th birthday. The location was great - near Hobby Airport and within walking distance of a strip mall with three amazingly affordable restaurants. The hotel staff greeted us warmly upon checking in telling us about their great amenities, gym, pool, meeting room, and complementary breakfast. I needed additional blankets for my mother who is always cold and the maid on the floor that day, Ms. Hernandez happily provided them while turning back a tip saying, "it's my job." The other room staff were just as accommodating. The manager, Tammy, was cheerful and allways there to suggest ways to make my stay there better. She even took pictures at our gathering so that the entire family of 45 could be in the pictures. Nothing waws too much for Tammy when anything came up whether it was turning on a challenging TV or providing additional chairs for the event. Manny, the General Manager, was awesome. Taking the time to go over our room needs was his forte. I can't say enough good things about the staff at Comfort Suites, Pearland. I will be back!!!
Wish we could have stayed the night after a very lovely event at this location. Everything was clean except the parking lot. Very spacious facilities and lovely decor. Staff was friendly and hospitable. The servers were also very quick, there was n
We roadtrip from Washington State to Houston regularly and have stayed in many 2-star budget motels. This one excels in every catergory: it's clean, the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfy, the staff is diligent and caring. It's clear the owners t
Good place to walk and jog. The trails curve around two huge ponds with trees and birds. There are no lights along the trails so it's best to visit during daylight. There is a restroom and water fountain on-site in the nature center building near the

Today I made a trip to First Watch. I frequent this location and always leave satisfied. The service here today was exceptionally good. Shaun took care of us and she was beyond nice! The food here is some of the best breakfast around if not THE best.
The best BBQ experience so far. And definitely I have to return to enjoy more items. Unlimited soft drinks. Ample parking and outdoor seating also available. Excellent service and very friendly staff. The pork ribs are the best for me. Child friendly
H.E.B. Where Everything's BETTER,
Welcome to where the shopping is as colossal as the Lone Star State itself! This shopping center is a Texan treasure trove, where you're more likely to get lost in the aisles than in the vast expanse of Texas.
