First and foremost this hotel is still doing renovations. Mini fridge in room wasn't cold,no microwave, no coffee pot, no cups, toilet paper holder missing. Toilet ran all night.
Room was very clean, updated but missing USB outlets, clock.
Everything in lobby , pool, fitness center is under construction. Light on marque isn't lit up.
I've stayed here before, for the price it's doable, but I wish I had known it was under construction. Would have picked another hotel.
New renovations are great! Unfortunately, due to reno, the breakfast was a little lacking and the front desk guy could have been more friendly. The room itself was great!
we were supposed to stay 4 nights at this motel but had to move three times to other rooms, my wife is very allergic to animal dander. the last room we were in seemed ok so we spent the night but woke up in the morning sneezing and plugged up. went down and checked out on monday morning the desk lady was nice and said she was sorry and just charged us for one night. when i got my credit card bill there were two nights charged on it. i would avoid this hotel the cheaper rate is not worth it. went to country inn and suites and were treated like royalty and really nice and clean rooms.
Was charged an extra $100 for damage deposit on check in! Had to wait a few days for credit back. No other hotel does this!!!! Made me think there was some kinda credit card fraud!!
I lived at Sierra Inn in Minot, ND from August to November of 2023. The manager Nancy was so accommodating and kind. She helped me in every way possible moving in and moving out and throughout my stay. My stay was pleasant with no complaints. The rooms were nice sized with full flat TV, a nice sized desk and vanity The complimentary breakfast was great: waffles, fresh fruit, choice of juices, coffee and tea. Also a variety of oatmeal, cereal, cookies and donuts, fresh bread both white and wheat and jelly and peanut butter. There’s an indoor pool year round. Also laundry was so reasonably priced. It was a pleasure staying there The staff was pleasant. Mary in housekeeping was super. Zack and Dustin was always helpful. They also have 24 hour front desk accommodation. This is also kid-friendly. There’s also a great diner next door-Kroll’s-Id recommend this hotel for short or long term stays with no hesitation.
After a great experience at the Sierra Inn a few years back, I made sure to stay there again during a recent road trip through Minot. The hotel is clean and comfortable for great value. All staff are extremely friendly, especially Chetan, general manager, who went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Highly recommend the Sierra Inn!
Rooms were clean. The bathroom was rather miniature. Breakfast was less than stellar. The only hot food was waffles and toast. However, the overall experience was not bad considering the price.
Stayed overnight on our way through Minot. Not the best hotel but the price was ok. The staff were very friendly in general. The breakfast was warm and adequate for our needs.
Excellent value for your money. Grab and go breakfast, but bought groceries because there is a kitchen with a full size fridge. Separate bedroom in our suite! 2 TVs. Nice exercise room. Perfect for a multi day stay. Bathtub is hard to climb i
I love this hotel. I really love the pool side rooms. They go right to the breakfast room with out going to the lobby. The breakfast room has lots of seating and typical continental breakfast. You can see into a very cute kitchen that is just like at
I started with Premier Movement after a serious injury. The trainers have helped me adapt exercises and techniques to help build back my abilities. They are all very supportive and encouraging! I also love the support and friendships created with oth
