Where to begin. Tried to book this the previous night due to price and it was busy which said it was okay. The next night price dropped to $39 on booking and I booked due to it being late and very early departure. Under the beds were just so filthy. I put the bed skirt back down and was afraid to actually shine my flashlight on my phone. Doors in bad shape as well as walls. Sketchy at dark. Entire place smelled of mold and mildew. Fire alarm went off at 12:30am. Woke up went to bathroom. Bugs crawling. I would stay again maybe if money was tight however it wasn’t a comfortable experience by any means. Wore flip flops in tub and on floor. Slept with my own blanket. It’s doable but be warned this isn’t somewhere to stretch out and get cozy. Need to know we have a hold on account for $100 that I’m hoping will drop sooner or later.

Possibly one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. But first, the front desk staff were lovely. Both at check in and check out they were pleasant and helpful. Absolutely nothing against the staff, they're just doing their job. The hotel itself is clearly in need of serious renovation throughout. The entire building smells of cigarettes and damp. The pool was closed when we were there - not by choice of the hotel management, but because the local health and safety executive had closed it for not being up to code. The room smelled worse than the hallways and there were stains all over the furniture and carpets. The one saving grace is that the air conditioning was good. I was going to give a two star rating because the location is good for access to the Kennedy Space Centre, but then when we came to use the shower in the morning, we found it didn't work (and the faucets to the sink were plumbed back to front). So, down to one. It's cheap, but probably not worth even the low rate we paid. I can understand why Ramada didn't want its name on this place any more!

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. I stayed for one night and then the next morning the hotel still wanted a deposit for the second day I booked! I told the manager no, and I told her I would be leaving the hotel. The hotel kept my deposit and made me sit outside my hotel room for an hour before being able to gather my belongings! The hotel is infested with roaches and MOLD! As soon as you get inside the hotel all you smell is MOLD! The person that owns this hotels name is SHAH SUMMIT. I did some extensive research and I also reported this hotel to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. This hotel violated the following regulation set forth by the state of Florida: 1. Chapter 509, Part I, Florida Statutes: The conditions at your hotel suggest a failure to maintain sanitary and safe conditions as required for public lodging establishments. 2. Chapter 61C-1, Florida Administrative Code: Your establishment appears to be in violation of the general requirements for maintaining clean and safe lodging environments. 3. Florida Statute 386.207: The indoor air quality standards, particularly with respect to mold, have evidently not been upheld, posing serious health risks to guests. 4. Florida Building Code (Chapter 4, Section 425): The structural and maintenance standards necessary to prevent mold growth appear to be neglected. 5. Florida Fire Prevention Code (Chapter 69A-60, FAC): While this code primarily addresses fire safety, maintaining a safe and healthy environment is crucial and seems compromised by the presence of black mold. This company thinks I’m stupid and I won’t report everything that I can. Thank god I purchased insurance for this hotel that night. I have made a claim and I advise anyone they stays at this hotel to not put a dime towards it, it will be your worst nightmare!

Bad, real bad! If i could not give any stars at all I would. Not only did the staff refuse to cancel my reservation before we checked in so we had to check in, they also couldn't give us a better room "because they were sold out" and refused to refund the money when we went and looked at our room which was super nasty and stinky, dirty nasty stinky carpet with a broken lock on the door. I guess that's what happens when you book something online without realizing the situation and you are just stuck with it or you lose your money. We couldn't stay there so we lost our money and had to find a better hotel. So be aware, unless you don't care about any of it. Stuff isn't helpful and super nasty stinky dirty trashy building.

Don’t go to this hotel! it’s honestly the worst I’ve ever experienced. |My family and I decided to stay at this hotel for one night, while we went to NASA the next day. It was somehow half of the prices of all the others in that area, so we decided it would be fine. It wasn’t.|There was a disgusting amount of mould everywhere, and that was just the start. It STUNK of cigarettes and mould; not only in the hallways, but in our room especially.|Part of the lock on the inside of the door had broken, and our door wouldn’t shut properly so the youngest member of our family was terrified.|When we tried the TV, you have to stand right in front of it with the remote higher than the TV itself!! Ridiculous, they may as well not have one.|The people next door to us were noisy during the night, and the people down the hallway were banging the doors open and shut again - it really disturbed the sleep.|We went out the hotel to see the pool, which was closed because of an issue with the filtration system: not that you’d want to go in it, the whole outside of the hotel and within its grounds reeked of rotten eggs and trash. Ew.|When we thought this was bad enough, we woke up the next day to find that the shower wasn’t working! We effectively paid $50 dollars for a bed that was uncomfortable.|Although, I wouldn’t blame the ladies on reception, as they were lovely - management clearly don’t care, but they do. |Also, if you do decide to stay here, go to beef ‘O’ Brady’s, you wont regret it. We had a server called Jessica, who was absolutely brilliant! We spent most of the night there as we were breathing in smoke the entire time at the hotel.|All in all, don’t go to this hotel, and if you do go to Beef ‘O’ Brady’s.

I wanted to take my son to see the launch, but was worried after I booked the room and read the reviews. We arrived at around 11pm and I was pleasantly surprised. The lady at check in was super nice, the room large, and the bed was clean and comfortable. We had a ground floor room facing the pool and it was quiet. There was also a security guard making the rounds when we arrived. Yes, there was dust on the outlets and other hidden surfaces, but who cares? The room was less than half the price of all the other hotels in the area. We didn’t see any bugs or have any issues during our two night stay. If you want a 5 star hotel, then book a 5 star hotel.

Positive: The astronaut in the lobby. Negative: The room did not look like it was ever cleaned. The key card did not work on all the outer doors. We didn?t have a remote for the tv.
