I can't recommend Spa World enough. We were looking for a quality outdoor barrel sauna and wanted to go with someone local for assured customer support and any warranty issues. I am so glad we found Spa World. Kurt, one of the owners, was the most helpful sales person I have ever worked with - knowledgable, not pushy, patient, friendly and trustworthy. He walked us through all of the Thermory Barrel Sauna features, pricing and even worked directly with our electrician when we were adding power. Shane, the other owner, delivered the sauna efficiently and safely. He even went above and beyond with helping me find lighting for the sauna and offered to come out and make sure we didn't have any issues with our set up. It took about a day to set up and electrical was a little more cumbersome than we thought but Kurt and Shane were helpful every step of the way. If you are going to spend the money on a high quality sauna and want excellent customer care don't shop anywhere else. These guys know how to run a business! Thank you!

This is the place to go if you want to buy a hot tub in Fort Collins! Kurt is an amazing guide through the buying process. You get the idea that he really knows what he's talking about and is not trying to pull the wool over your eyes - he wants to sell you a good product that will make you happy. The process of getting the tub delivered and installed was just as good. Spa World helped us coordinate a date and walked me through what I needed to do before the tub was delivered. Jake and Sebastian did a great job setting everything up and taught me how to use the tub and take care of it. I feel confident that Spa World will continue to give me good service and don't hesitate to recommend them.

I can't say enough how great these guys are, they just saved my real estate transaction! During the recent storm/sub zero temperature event, I received a call from a client's neighbor telling me that their hot tub was making funny noises. I went over to the home to find the hot tub had lost most of its water and had frozen up. Kurt talked me through what I could do to help preserve the tub while the storm was still raging. They arrived promptly the next day (the day before closing) to service it. They were able to get everything thawed and back to working order. I called another company who wanted to pull the tub out of the yard and take it back to the shop to service it, telling me that it might cost as much as the price of a new tub to repair! I have used Spa World since purchasing a tub from them in 2008 and in all those years I found them to be honest, friendly, and helpful in finding cost effective solutions to hot tub repair and maintenance. If you are buying a spa look no further than Spa World, you won't be disappointed.
