SoWal Palms RV Park - RV park in Santa Rosa Beach - 82 Veterans Rd, USA

Our first time camping at Sowal Palms and it was a great experience. Check in and out was super fast and easy. We had a pull through site and it was very easy to navigate. The hook ups were very easy to locate and made setting up a breeze. The bath house was always clean and stocked. The playground was clean and my kids had a blast playing there. We definitely will be coming back in the near future!

I have been a long term renter here for almost a year now. The park is a 6 minute drive to the beach, it’s kept looking nice and really quiet which is a huge deal for me. They have the best camp hosts you could ask for. Daisy and Mike made me feel right at home from the first day I got here. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable, safe, and happy. They are both so kind and always responsive when I have needed something. The biggest things I would change is switching to city water and having laundry on site, which I know they are working on. Other than that, I am so grateful I chose this RV park to stay at and have had a great experience!

Once again, I land in a park that is family-owned and once again enjoyed a lovely stay. I find family owned and managed properties take real care of their infrastructure and their guests. Well kept and special touches abound. They are still growing and will be adding more sites and a pool. Sowal Palms is right off Route 98 yet road noise is barely detectable. Location is fantastic, less than 2 miles from the beaches and amazing restaurants, some very high end. A number of beach accesses are available with free parking. This is just an easy place to settle and I'm sure to return.

This park is great, We’ve been full time since February. It’s family/Pet friendly and great spot to relax. It’s close to all the beaches, restaurants and state parks. Definitely recommend this little cozy community. Daisy and Mike do more than manage the campground. Whether you’re long term or here for the weekend they always help you get checked in and make sure that your stay is wonderful!

We stayed July 15-19 in a pull-through site. The site was fairly level, and easily accommodated our 38’ class A motor home. Daisy was friendly and helpful. The park was quiet and clean, and we felt safe there. It was easy to reach, and easy to pull out when it was time to leave; a plus for our rig with our tow vehicle. We were close to several beautiful beaches, lots of great restaurants, several seafood markets, plus plenty of other shopping was available. We loved being able to spend all morning on one of the beautiful beaches, then visit a seafood shop on our way back for lunch. We would fix our seafood, the rest for a bit before heading back to the beach for the evening. After our evening at the beach we could come back and enjoy the WiFi to watch some television before heading to bed. It was quite a quiet, relaxing break for us.

Talk about a hidden gem. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Mike and Daisy ( the camp host on site) are a pleasure to talk to and always happy to help out if you have a need for anything. The camp ground site is clean and very well maintain. Plenty of room for your Rv or motor home and still have room to roam around. Close to the beach about 2 miles. Close to restaurants and other fun activities and shops. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else but here.

I just wanna come on here to really let people know this is the spot if you’re looking to book monthly or even for a few days! I really love the staff Mike & daisy are the most genuine and lovely people this campground can have! They are so helpful and really go out of there way to make sure things are running smoothly. This little campground has such an amazing feel to it. So much is close by blue mountain beach is 5 min away , grayton is about 10 min away , rosemary is about 20 min away and Destin is about 25 min away you really are in the middle of all these places! Definitely recommend this campground you won’t regret it!

Such a cute tiny little place close to a lot of things with friendly staff. Communal fire pit and grill areas. The picnic table is very close to the door of our RV though making it tight to get by and spots are very close but maintained. We had a pull through which was easy in and out. No real dog park, no fence to let the dogs run, had to keep our dog on the leash. WiFi worked good and connected right away, no fuss which is great. There is absolutely no water pressure here to shower adequately with. I’m not sure what’s going on. Nice quiet and peaceful park though.
