I sure appreciate being able to take a bus to the Twins games. Sure eliminates worries about driving and parking downtown Mpls. The drivers are excellent, friendly, and professional. The buses are clean and comfortable. Thanks SouthWest Transit.

It would be nice if semi-permanent bollards, or exit-only lift gates, were installed at the old entrance. There is a very nice efficient new entrance and many still add to the congestion of the retail lot. It would also prevent motorists from swooping in to smoke a quick cig or joint, which happens alot.

Don't plan to take this for renfest unless you're going alone and can wait hours in queue as the frequency is not enough for the crowd Taking the busses. We reached 9:50am 10:15 got full and now will wait till 11 for the next one. Disappointment 😞!!

Both of our drivers(Mark & Frank, I think were their names?) who drove us to the state fair were great drivers & made me laugh. I enjoyed my ride a lot more than in previous years. Nothing really stood out before. Nice upgrade!

I have heard about this service for years for the State Fair. I tried it for the first time and it was phenomenal! The parking garage was clean and secure, the terminal was spotless and the people were all friendly and helpful. Buses were clean and had AC. They had buses ready for pick up and drop off. Awesome operation!

Took the bus to the fair. Waited about 35 minutes in a long line to get on the bus about 9:00 in the morning. (It seemed to be much faster when they left from the church parking lot.) This has been my preferred way to get to the fair for years as the busses are always clean and much more comfortable than some of the other public transport options. No wait at all coming home. EVen with the wait it beats fair traffic and parking!

I rode this bus for Taylor swift and unfortunately missed it on ride back, with missing the bus my AirPod went with it. Soon after losing it I called the bus station where they told me they would look out for it, and they did and gratuitously mailed it back to me. Thank you to Eric and wonderful women who I talked to on phone who made this possible. I’m very thankful and wish all best for you.
