Easy parking with wide spaces. Good selection of stores and restaurants. Easy in and out from multiple exits and entrances. Convenient to highway 494. However, it needs a big anchor store where Herberger's was located. While Kohl's is good, a larger store would be best.
Truth be told, I was at Lucky's 13 Pub right next door. Talk about a GREAT place to eat and have a brew! The more I think about it, well, gotta go..I'm on my way right now! Meet you in 20min ,ok?
Can rarely find anyone to help me when I'm on the floor, in the isles..... But 🤫 this is the only place I've found to get 100% cotton panties, other than going online. Prices aren't always that great.
This is a slowly dying strip mall. It makes me so sad that they didn’t/ weren’t able to get a Hyvee here. It honestly would have single handedly saved the mall.
It seems slightly definitely due to the fact that major anchor stores have pulled out but does have a decent amount of shopping available to the normal consumer.
Fast friendly service, they helped us find everything we needed. They were out of what we wanted, they ordered it & gave us the date it will arrive at the store.
I remember the 80's when Southtown was full of stores - no added buildings and extra side stores that some have been torn down .. the center of the mall had petting zoo at Easter, Santa, Levi Clothing store so much more and now way too many empty open retail space 😞
The mall is empty and is almost certainly being kept alive by the AMC right now. But the new projects are exciting and the mall itself is pretty great for a smaller mall
