A friendly local restaurant with a casual atmosphere where you can go and get a nice meal without spending a fortune. Southside Inn doesn't disappoint.
It's been several weeks since dining at Southside. The reason for that is I feel the food is subpart. Service isn't the best. Takes forever to get coffee refills in the smallest cups I've ever seen. And who heard of cutting up the scrambled eggs to a point where it looks like splintered wood. Waffles that come with fruit topping get hardly any topping. Just not worth it.

The best BLT ever! Lots of bacon made it unforgettable. I'm hungry for another one just writing about it!! They also allowed me to park up by the fence under a tree so my dog would have shade. Thank you so much for your extra consideration!!

Mt. Pisgah was a great place for short but steep hike. We parked about a quarter mile away and started at the trailhead near the campgrounds. After a brief walk in the woods, you are met with some pretty steep steps. It's then a straight climb up 200
A super unique spot with an attached game room. The drinks were great and the prices very reasonable. They have a large parking lot right outside and a taco truck parked outside for food. We had a really fun time here and I can definitely see myself
