We had 2 new bathrooms done by Southport & they are beautiful. All the work was completed on time & they left everything in very clean condition. I would recommend them for any & all work to be done. We had secured grab bars installed, very pleased with the job they did. Excellent.

Southport was great at communicating with my husband and I when our AC system wasn’t working properly. We got a whole new system put in. It took Southport a day longer than expected, but they got the job done well. Very professional overall and great to work with. 4/5 stars for taking a bit longer than expected. Otherwise very pleased with how things turned out. Thank you!

We had a great experience after our water heater started leaking. Andrew guided us through options on replacing the water heater as well as cost and labor time needed. He was factual and helped us find a solution that works best for our needs. We ended up going with a Tankless heater that saves space, will last longer, and saves money as well. Thanks for the help.

We just moved into our new home and unfortunately were met with a nonfunctioning AC unit. The provider who normally serviced the unit was not able to come out for over a week and recommended Southport. They were able to make an appointment earlier and even put in a note to check in with us if a spot came available sooner. Thankfully they came the next day. Brian and Tanner were very professional and respectful. They were able to diagnose the problem on our main unit and our split and order the parts.

Southport was very easy to work with. From making an appointment to them coming out to service my air conditioner every one was friendly and professional. Great experience!

Was having trouble with my A/C, especially as it's getting warm now. I was able to get an appointment the next day. They came out, found the problem and fixed it. Very happy and appreciative!

Plumber came out to unclog kitchen sink drain. He was friendly and courteous and was also willing to tighten my faucet handle. He snaked the pipe 20 or 25 feet. Afterwards p-trap seal leaked and needed to be replaced. He came up with a fix and fixed that at no cost, but then saw hole in p-trap and that needed to be replaced or I spend more to have all pvc pipe. To save high costs I only had p-pipe that and He gave me the "new client discount" and replaced that. Then afterwards water only ran extremely slow (slower than it ever has) and had standing water again that took a long time to drain. A few hours later, Ive got standing water again not draining. A day ago my drain was working great and wasnt slow at all. Showed plumber who said he couldn't do anything anymore and he blamed the beef broth I put down sink on one occasion as the problem. He and wouldn't snake a 3rd time (or farther out) when I asked and told me to call a different company to clean the pipes. Too bad Dan's Service Plus is no longer in business, he was awesome and took care of my bathroom clog, even if he had to snake it several times to get farther out and was more reasonably priced and didn't leave me with issues to now call a new company and spend more money!

Southport has been servicing our home for years. Always professional and courteous. They respond quickly. Not the cheapest in the area but I trust them implicitly with all my plumbing HVAC issues
