I had never been there before and was just driving past. I needed a couple of bolts nuts and washers. They had a nice little area set up where you could buy individual pieces you needed instead of those irritating little packs of three or whatever. The staff was super helpful. Stuff seem like it was decent price. I'd definitely go back there again.

We rented a mini excavator from here for 24hrs. It was filthy when we picked it up. They were supposed to include a thumb with my rental. Not only did they not include a thumb the lady at the counter told us whoever we talked to is a liar and that they don't have one. When asked to speak with the owner she said I can't. We didn't wash it because it wasn't washed for us. They charged us $100 for this when they didn't uphold their end of the contract. A bunch of dishonest crooks!!
Poor customer service. I bought the wrong size push on caps and I went back to exchange or return them and get the right size. The lady said she couldn't do that, even though there is nothing on the receipt that says they won't return stuff from the nuts and bolts section. If a store won't help you out on a small item you know they won't help out if there is an issue with a bigger item. There are lots of hardware stores around, I won't be back to South Fork again.

Came in search of a very specific piece of hardware. The customer service was outstanding! The guy working without hesitation showed me three options to no avail. Bought a couple items and left feeling good about the experience, even though I didn't find what I was looking for.

This is a stunning edifice built by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints for patron usage. Visitors not of the faith can visit the grounds. It is well worth a few pictures either day or night.
