I feel compelled to warn anyone considering working with this company—avoid it at all costs. The owner’s behavior is beyond unacceptable. This has nothing to do with the company’s services, but if I can prevent just one person from having to interact with this man, then I’ll be relieved. To give some context, I’m a woman in my 20s, and we’re currently preparing for an incoming hurricane, expected to hit us by 2 pm today. Due to a month-long delay in trash pickup from AWS, we needed to evacuate, so someone dropped our trash in a dumpster belonging to this man’s business, which is located on the street. At about 1:45 pm, this owner came to my house, and instead of addressing the issue civilly, he threw the filthy, broken trash bags directly into my driveway while I was standing there—without uttering a single word. Shocked, I initially walked inside, but I realized this behavior wasn’t acceptable. So I approached him as he was driving away, only to discover that he had gone through my trash to find my name and address. What kind of person does that to a young woman, or anyone, especially as we’re preparing for a hurricane? It’s a literal dumpster! Why does he care so much? This level of pettiness and disregard is astonishing.
