Southern Pines Motel - Motel in West Palm Beach - 4869 Southern Blvd, USA

Cheaper than other hotels around the area. Limited and tight parking. No ac outlets close to bed for phone charging and such. Clean rooms. Ice and soda machines. Pleasant stay. And there is a good pizza joint, and a Latin market with good hot food.

Other than finding the used condom in the room the room was great i guess. I did go out and buy some cover to put on the beds and a blanket, becuase I was not taking any chances. Other than that service was great just poorly cleaned I guess you could say

The man in the office is a peeker with secret cameras in the room watching you. I know this because he called the room and said to tell a certain person in the room to put the smoke detector back on the wall. How else would he know who took it off the wall in the first place if he wasn’t peeking? 👀👀 ITS A NO FOR ME!!!

Gave this place a second try and cannot believe the treatment was so rude and unprofessional. I called to hold a room, got price and asked if he needed cc to hold. He said "No, just come, have Plenty of rooms!" I told him I would be there within or around an hour, he said NP." I said Ok please hold we are on way. I just was released from hospital, and everything everywhere was booked! We get there in a Lyft ride we paid $38 and he comes up to us getting out and says No rooms, all sold.out! We cofindently explained that I called, got price and said be there within hour, and he said NP just come have plenty of rooms. He left us stranded, he lied and also said he called to let me know so I wouldn't drive all that way. Lieagain, NO calls at all, no anything. We are left in the parking lot with no car, no room, and I was in a lot of pain. How he could dare treat people like this is just despicable. We arrived at 5:19pm and called him at 4:18pm. He then threatened to call police if we did not leave bc we cannot loiter on his property. I was so apawed! We did not do anything wrong, disrespectful, or even cause a seen. I promise the only thing this guy cares about is selling a room to first come, first serve for all different rates to each. $109, $110 to $120? I will never go to this motel again. I just wish he at least felt bad or apologized. 😢

Stayed at Southern Pines for 3 NIGHTS and really enjoyed the Room. Hotel Staff furnished fresh linens and extra toilet paper with a Smile. I would Highly Recommend this Facility to Young and Old alike. You won't be disappointed.

The office staff literally walked in our room 2 minutes after checkout (which is 11 am) WITHOUT knocking or letting us know that they were coming in. They immediately started yelling telling us to get out. It was already obvious that we were packed and on our way out the door when they barged in. The 65 year old man who had purchased the room was trying to explain that he had lost the key and was trying to find it so that he could check out but the Office staff did not care and called the police, even though the man had offered to pay for it.

This motel has excellent service. It is a very clean establishment in a nice location. I would stay here again and I would recommend it to others. They also offer extended stays. The cost was $96 a night. There are several stores nearby.

Definitely not a five-star motel, but very cozy, pretty clean, very comfortable, very safe, no discounts of any kind, but very convenient for my needs as I am getting my schoolie repaired less than a mile away. There's several restaurants within walking distance. And a family Dollar one block away. I will stay here again if I am in the area.
