Had so much fun! Went out at about 11pm on a Wednesday. Every bar was closed but one of my friends suggested the bowling alley. We played a couple games and had a few drinks. Was a good night
Southern lanes is first and foremost: a bowling alley. It does this well and I feel this is it’s best attribute. If that’s all they had, I’d give them five stars. Nice setup, clean facility, lanes are in good shape. What I take issue with is the state and condition of the rest of the facility. Arcade has a lot of games, but many were broken and the price per game is pretty high in my opinion. The putt-putt is crammed into a small area and lit by blacklight (UV) and isn’t in the best shape. Laser tag is at least decently equipped and the battle course is pretty good. I didn’t use the batting cage or pool hall, so I can’t speak on their quality. I still plan to come back and would highly recommend SL for the bowling anytime. Come check them out if you are itching to knock down pins.
Went to just bowl a game or 2. Once inside the alleys on both sides seem endless. Then you go to back half and it keeps going!!
Basically every arcade game u can imagine. Bumper cars, laser tag, and more!
I was intrigued by the batting cages. This place has everything. They are with the times too, just swipe to play. Lol
Down side if you want to play pool- bring chalk for que at least. I used to find better ques at bars.
Also- We played pool and I don't mind having to show id to get the balls to keep track of who has what in such a huge place BUT at least make sure I have all the correct balls. I went to rack them and my boss just looked at me like why u stop. We were short a 4 and 7 and had 11s and 3s maybe?? Can't rem exactly.
But hey, will I go back? Yep I have to try the batting cage. 44 yr old guy, what could go wrong lol.

Great place for kids to have fun. We had a birthday party here and the staff helped with everything I needed. Prices were not bad either. Definitely going back soon for the wrist bands! Cant wait to try the go carts and lazer tag with the kids. The parking kinda sucks it needs some fixing up
Went in on a Thursday night to show my newly relocated niece a fun spot for her and the kids but it felt like walking into a klan meeting. We were watched from the moment we walked in. Did 🚫NOT know about league🎳 night. Of course I took them straight to the arcade 🏀👾🎯⛳🕹️area but personal illness 👨🏾🦽required we leave early. Was completely glad to go...🏃🏾♀️🏃🏾♀️🚗. Felt totally unwelcomed.
I came with my girls expecting for a fun time but instead was greeted with disappointment. We asked for a round alone without strangers which was allowed but we were forced to wait about 20 minutes. When we were finally allowed in, a worker tried asking if two kids could enter with us which we weren’t too excited about so we allowed them to go in and we were force to wait more. The worker I quote said “the parents are angry with the wait and I don’t want to get my manager.” The worker themself started getting angry with us asking why we couldn’t allow these kids to play with us. As if that wasn’t enough while waiting for the next round another family came to ask for the wait and the worker rudely pointed at us explaining it’ll be longer because we didn’t want to share. I was not happy with the worker as he treated us rudely and was not professional. Me and my girls just wanted a room alone where we didn’t have to worry about others or being with strangers. I am not happy with this and we eventually left and asked for a refund.
Bowled in a high school team tournament today and it was the worst tournament I have ever been to in the four years I have been bowling. Stopped in the middle of games and many bowlers frames for almost an hour due to poor planning because of space issues, sent all spectators outside in 20 degree weather. They failed the bowlers, teams and parents. Many bowlers had thrown the first ball in their frame and were not allowed to finish their frame and were not given the chance to re shoot it even though it was not their fault. One bowler was iced out of a 300 game as he had the front 10 and they stopped all bowling and made all the parents stand on the approach. Not only was the planning of the tournament bad but the employees at the snack bar were very dismissive of anyone that needed any help or had any issues.
the service from a guy who was working counter w/ food & bumper cars for us was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I normally get a name but this time I didn't. He was kinda short,(sorry) dark hair, skinny. My family was there on Thursday September 14, 23'....If this gets to him, thank you again. Good job to your parents.
