My mother-in-law has been staying for the past two - three months and the owners/management are so sweet. They make sure she's got what she needs and check up on her every day in case she needs anything. Great management ❤️

Not to bad if you get the right person at the front desk! I asked for towels and could not get them because house keeping was not in! Seriously you can’t go get some towels? I was told where were you today? I don’t live here full time like everyone else here I’m here on vacation! I shouldn’t have to wait to get clean towels till 10 am the next day or wait around for someone when I have things to do! You should be able to get towels any time of day you like! Not when you want someone to have towels! How stupid is that!! He asked me what happen to my towels like I have to reuse them over and over! And asked when I checked in like any of that should matter! If I give you my old towels I should be able to get clean ones without a million questions and then still not get any at all! Horrible service get it together

We paid $3000 through expedia for 2 rooms (5 days in one, 3 in the other) during Bonnaroo. We arrived at the hotel and were told the double rooms we booked were not available, single kings only. No discount offered. We were then informed (quite rudely) by the man working the desk there would be a 425 damage deposit on the card put on the card that would be returned after checkout. We checked out 2 days ago, I asked the same rude man upon check out about the deposit and he assured the refund would be issued. Now 2 days later I called to ask when to expect it, and I'm getting a complete runaround; "I don't know what your talking about, we don't usually do that" this lady seemed nicer than the guy offered to call the owner and call me back. She did, but told me "I can't help you, you'll have to call expedia" I said my card has 2 charges from expedia and one from the southern inn. Expedia didn't charge me a damage deposit you did. I go nowhere and will probably have to pay 425 extra on top of the ridiculous original amount. I've stay at a lot of rooms all over places. This was by far the worst experience I've had

Was searching an accommodation close to our visiting spot- Isha Foundation, it’s just 25 ish miles in radius to commute. Close to other state parks, Cumberland caverns, and a lot. We stayed one night at this place. During our evening walk, we ended up talking to a couple of people, we found out that it was a new management/ownership working on renovating the whole place from the old management. Hopefully, I could this place as a new place during my next visit. Affordable pricing for our requirements!

Wake up before the bugs do! Thought we were in the clear, but they were on the walls and running towards my shoes at 5 am. Pro tip: leave your suitcase in the car so your clothes don’t reek of cigarette smoke. The gas station within walking distance has some air freshener options. Better tip: spend the $20 more to go to a different hotel. There’s a reason this one is a steal. Look into Groupon deals a little more 😉

It was accommodating til I had a bad inter counter with someone when I was trying to pay for my room he made me feel very uncomfortable and rude to me but later I was told by residence that’s how he does others and told me to start paying on different day so I don’t have to deal with him rude treatment other than that owner and other staff was very nice and the resident next to my room and upstairs were very warming a last minute go to spot except watch out for that guy with rude mannerism I’m not use to that type of treatment

Travelers beware!!! Go somewhere else!!! Tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt only to be run out by BUGS. Shady people staying there long term (yes) Outdated rooms, stains, smells, flaking paint (yes) Checked behind and under mattress and didn't see any evidence of infestation... UNTIL I turned off the lights. First a bite, only to turn on the lights to see a bed bug in the sheets and roaches on the end table and bathroom. Immediately showered and left. Asked for refund and name and contact information of manager or owner. Only to be told they can't give out that information! Are you kidding me?! Do better. Seriously!

I went here to get a U-Haul trailer. The people were very nice and helpful. I know people that stay there and it seems to be a nice place.
