All lies! Don't spend a dime in this place. Yu be better off going to the mission. And the first reviews had to be written by the drug addict manager cause they are definitely lies. And if yu have had in problems, discrimination, or another thing yu not was not lawful from the manager please contact me and the better business's bureau because I'm currently filing a lawsuit on this hotel and the manager. Two separate lawsuits for this place and if yu do your research I'm not the first in the last 3 years

I've been here two years and have stayed here before. Each time its been on an extended time for desire not to sign a lease for personal reasons. The staff is friendly and professional the grounds stay well maintained and my Neighbors have always been kind and friendly. Certain thing that may happen here is out of all of our hands and the very few things that may occur the staff and security takes care of it immediately. I've felt safe here and feel safe here and personally have had no major issues. I recommend to check it out.

The size of the room is bigger than I expected. The price is reasonable, again better than I expected. The only issue I have found is that they need to spray for bugs. This could also be an issue that came from a resident however. Over all my experience so far has been pleasant.

Well I guess it's alright... It was a little dirty after they said they cleaned it before we got in and the only reason I know this is I let my daughter crawl around BECAUSE they said it was just cleaned just freshen it up and she was dirty instantly but the staff are nice and it doesn't feel like university inside my room. At night you see tricks yes I said tricks just looking for their next dollar. There are drugs and chaos but I got the nicest room which I paid a lot more for too. I love the room no roaches or bed bugs it has nice jacuzzi tub lacks a stove I guess which was a big downfall for me but it's pretty quiet inside my room and outside for the most part. Freaks come out at night is a true saying. You can hear some arguments but not very many. Pam is very sweet as is her daughter I do not think it was worth the 281 we paid but its 250 a week for the room and to be away from drama and all the hooblah it was a fair price. Next to the office which is nice. It was honestly the nicest room and I never had any trouble there is one lady who cleans and she's pretty nice always speaks when she sees you. Nice people are located near my room spoke when passing. I guess for the price and the type of room I had I honestly can't complain. Moving into my new house now and my week is up just need til Monday and I will be gone I'm about to pay for two nights not sure how much that will be but I don't mind staying there at all.... It's better than under a bridge or in a nasty extended stay for sure. Cable and WI-FI can't beat it. The staff care about you and your comfort...

Not the best place in town nor the worst. Try to avoid weekly rentals. You will pay as much as you would for a very nice apartment each month....

Im not going to lie when i first got to this place i had a roach and bedbug problem. I let Pam know and we handle the situation and i no longer have bedbugs and roaches.Its a older building so the roaches were expected. The people who live here and the people who work here are very nice and do the best they can to help. Ive been here for about 2 months and any and every problem was solved within the hour of me notifying them. I will continue to stay here until get my apartment or house if something comes up where i need a place to go Southern Comfort will definitely be on the top of my list to go. Thanks for everything!!!!

first would like to start off that the room was disgusting as soon as we walked in. roaches crawling everywhere on the floor and walls...EVEN ON THE BED SHEETS!!! and dead ones on the ground. it was very obvious that that room WASN'T cleaned properly. they have bed bugs and made it sound like it was our fault. they didnt even have a bed cover on the mattress until we complained. also said we have to pay to wash the sheets we didn't even sleep on. in the bathroom the toilet doesn't flush and the shower barely works. the workers in the front office are VERY rude. not even 24 hours after arriving I had to sweep and mop the floors because it looked so nasty. the sink in the front room was a mess, old crumbs and dried up juice was on the counters, and didn't even have a tv remote . in the guidlines it clearly states we get 1 free toilet paper and trash bag. gave us neither and when we asked they accused us of lying. TERRIBLE place to spend your money on. might as well go to the homeless shelter. Next door (budget inn) is so much nicer. didn't see a single bug, came here and felt disgusted... oh and no refunds or even room change!!

Good service. GREAT ROOMS!! Nice friendly people to be around. Perfect to have for a week. I only paid 367$ for a week!!
