Southern Comfort - Campground in Weslaco - 1501 S Airport Dr, USA

This is a wonderful encore park. It has great amenities and during the winter Texan season there is so much to do , you will have to pick n choose. Park is kept up very well and is clean. Facilities are kept up and clean. Management is the best.

I am very comfortable with the amenities of Southern Comfort Resort, and the professional staff. We feel safe and the everyone is very friendly. We sure enjoy everything. I like the proximity of Doctors and Hospitals around the area.

Repair all streets, more concern from the management,,to many Encore rules! We will never stay in any Encore agin,.after6 or7 good years every thing went non hill. Alot of other couples feel the same way.|| . Frank Parks # 12

I really loved the time I spent here. Seriously considering making the choice to move here. Just need someone to give me info. Do I need a realtor?

I am not happy with the maintenance workers. I have to kill the weeds on my address but the vacant lot next to me has lots of weeds and that is where most of my weeds come from.I usually pay someone from Apr to Nov.||

Stayed in an Encore site. Lovely park. Clean and well taken care of. Lots of activities. Friendly residents.

Purchased a mobile home. Became a resident. Lots of activities. Staff has been great dealing with. Am pleased with my choice of a park. Only complaint is that the hot tub did not function for over half the winter. Let’s hope this gets resolved.

We can't say enough great things about Southern Comfort! The park is beautiful & well-maintained, the annual residents are very welcoming and really care for their neighbors, and the staff is terrific. Jessika, Nora, and Kelly have all been very helpful during our stay. We also really enjoyed the Sunday church service and the various events & activities. This is definitely one of our favorite Encore resorts :)
