This is one of the best restaurants in the Atlanta area. The food here is always cooked to order with fresh ingredients. Any dish you order is a great choice. There are several people on the wait staff making for a quality experience. Any server you get rest assured that you’re in good hands. The environment itself is clean and well run. The chef and owner is closely engaged with how the restaurant functions at a high level. I’ve been going here for years as my parents are locals and we’ve never had a bad meal or experience. I recommend Southern Bistro with the utmost confidence ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👏🏾🐺

Food was average at best as nothing stood out as being outstanding. The menu is more suited for a heavy lunch / dinner. Would like to see more straightforward brunch options. However, the staff (Shaun) were fantastic. Everything was handled perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble. Well done. The atmosphere is also very nice and relaxing. The decor is conducive to what you would expect.

*My 1st try* This spot is located in a safe area with plenty of parking. If I’m not mistaken you need to have a reservation. My husband decided to order Uber eats and I was like I know of that place. He ordered the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Belgian waffle and chicken. It was delicious. The wings are big and flavorful. I ordered the pepper jack cheese grits, fried fish, and country potatoes. It was sooooo good and it comes with this sauce. I’m so glad we gave it a try. It’s local, decently priced compared to other brunch spots, and delicious. Please don’t forget to order those grits.

I’ve been here a few times and can say each visit has been excellent. The food, service, and atmosphere are top notch. My favorite brunch place in Sandy Springs.

The food was great. The service and overall vibes were not. I enjoyed the salmon BLT and red potatoes (highly recommend) but I didn’t enjoy the very strong sense that I was not welcomed from the moment I walked in. My presence seemed to disturb the staff so much, I genuinely thought they were closed based on their reactions and asked if I came in before they opened. It was almost as if I was sat and served reluctantly. It didn’t help to hear and see the bartender mimicking me to my server as if I couldn’t see them. I can certainly make assumptions as to why I received this energy, but all I know is that for a restaurant with such delicious food and a clean, attractive interior, the odd energy from the staff just made it all a bit unredeemable. I really would love to come back because the food was so good, but I don’t go where I’m not welcomed.

Highly recommend! Found this fabulous spot on Google as I was looking for a place to meet up with old friends that was centrally located. Had the Reuben skillet, it was to die for! Our server was fantastic, kept our drinks filled and was kind enough to let us stay longer than we should (hadn’t seen our friends in 15 years)! Will definitely be back the next time I’m in Sandy Springs!

Had a really wonderful experience here. 1. The food was all so good that I was really sad I wouldn't be in town longer to try more! 2. Service was also fantastic, our server went above and beyond to try and accommodate our family member with a gluten restriction. 3. Lovely atmosphere. The aesthic was really cute. For me personally, I loved that the noise level felt manageable at a very crowded time of day.

Really not all that it’s cracked up to be, portions are small for the pricing, the hostess & wait staff were really nice and attentive. The food isn’t good at all just looks good for photos but taste wise 👎 no bueno. Also the food description on menu doesn’t match what you actually receive. You should get a new cook.2 stars are for friendly staff and the self poured mimosas. No stars for food.
