We came for restaurant week but decided to order straight off the menu instead. Their fried chicken is delicious as well as the sinful honey biscuits. For appetizers, we ordered the deviled eggs and the meat pies. The deviled egg filling is dense, but it has a good flavor. I am used to creamier deviled eggs, so I am not sure how I feel about theirs. The meat pies were incredibly flavorful and filling. I could only eat one because I had more food coming. My fried chicken came with Macaroni and cheese. The plate was huge and so very delicious. My friend ordered the roasted chicken with the Jalapeños grits. Her chicken looked good, but the fried chicken was the winner. The grits were creamy, cheesy, and comforting. We really enjoyed our meals and will be back.

Loved every single bite of food I ordered! Staff, Asher was our waiter, he was nice, informative and catering. I ordered the half chicken, smothered in Cajun butter, French whipped mashed potatoes and collard greens, came topped with shrimp. Portion was enormous and delicious. Those butter biscuits were amazing! My husband ordered the gumbo with shrimp boil, he was very satisfied with his meal and the large portion sizes. 10/10 recommend! Place was a little expensive as we paid about $185 + tip, but totally worth it. Btw we had a couple orders of appetizers -meat pies, herb crusted oysters and house salads, so that brings up our price significantly. Still totally worth it!!

Great menu and awesome location however I ordered the beef stroganoff and there was hardly any beef in it and it was super watery. Was lacking a lot of flavor. Don’t know if i would come back as this was my first time here and the food was pretty underwhelming. Hot Honey Chicken tenders were not great either. Went home with 2 dishes basically untouched as neither were good. Also had the hot honey fried biscuits and they were basically a donut which were pretty good! So great option for desert!

I had the flounder and shrimp! Terrye had the stroganoff both were absolutely delicious. Cooked to perfection the sauces were spectacular. The beer especially the ipa and hazy have improved tremendously. A double IPA would be nice. The desert was delicious and the portion was excellent. Staff were very good, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive.

I got the meat pies (sorry, no picture) appetizer, and they were delicious. The pastry was super flaky and the meat was well seasoned. It came with a great tomato based gravy. I ordered the fish and chips, and they were delicious. The batter on the fish was nicely seasoned. The vinegar it was served with had a bit of heat, so combined with the creamy tartar sauce, there was a wonderful balance of flavor.

The happy hour is great if you like fresh oysters. They're $1 per oyster and they're very fresh. Came here for $1 oysters, $3 frozen margaritas, and $6 for 3 meat pies and I was good. Plus, the staff are very friendly. IMO this location is way better than the Pearl.

Really nice restaurant with a great atmosphere. Really great spot if you are looking for some southern cooking. The one hang-up was our food took 45 mins to reach our table it was busy but the manager apologized and offered us a free dessert. Overall the food was tasty and had great flavor.
