Amazing train museum with a huge variety of history and memorabilia. They have an amazing display of Christmas trees until January. They were worth seeing. Every penny spent goes into keeping the museum open. All of the ‘employees’ are volunteers and do this because they love trains and want to keep this going. If you love trains and live nearby, they would love for you to volunteer.

Fabulous little museum for all things public transportation - not just trains. You can take a ride on a full size train or a miniature one, but check their schedule. Being non-profit means they aren't open everyday. They have a fun model train exhibit and a small gift shop with a great variety of train themed items. It's a fun place for anyone to explore transportation from the past. Photographers will enjoy their open policy for shoots (check their website for limitations). Their annual festival of trees was a delight to experience.

Great! I am not especially interested in trains and buses but when you're right there standing in em it's about the coolest. A lot more to look at than you might expect. Went with some friends and their kid and he loved it too. Even some interactive stuff.

Amazing would've been better if if was day but the south is the south. Anyway I went here for an early birthday gift and had a wonderful time here, they had many steam engines (and tractors) and diesels and cars for display (They even have General ll that worked in Stone mountain I think) and a nice little railway display. Such a shame some of the rail cars were rusted. But there is one thing that may be a bit uncomfortable for some people as they do have a bus from the time where segregation was normal where the bus has engravings "White passengers seat from the front colored from rear" and "For white patrons only" and some history with Rosa Parks and other people. Hopes this helps :)

Always saw this place since moving to Duluth. I’ve always loved trains as a child and finally had the chance to visit on my off time. I absolutely loved every single moment of it. The locomotives, buses, and history. Definitely recommend visiting.

We had an amazing time at the museum. Leslie, at the ticket office was gracious enough to explain everything that the museum had to offer. If you or someone in your family loves trains, this is a must see. Don’t forget to visit all the buildings!

I loved it. A lot of history to see. There are 2 train rides, one is like from a carnival or theme park and I was told by the friendly staff member that the other is an actual train. Definitely call to see if they're operating before you go, if you're interested in riding it. The ride is included in your ticket :)

Unexpectedly great! It is located near Duluth downtown. It has lots and lots of trains and buses to see and get on it. My kids loved it. I wish it's little cooler temperatures, but it's not a museum's fault since it is too big to store everything inside. I will probably come back again during the fall season when the outside temperatures are cooler. I recommend it to anyone.

Moved my widowed Mom in there a few weeks ago. She's really happy there and the property has great amenities and activities, at a price point that isn't extravagant. Great home for active seniors.

My favorite pizza! When I come to Atlanta, I stop by for lunch and take a pie plus desserts home for dinner! I like the fact the pizza’s are cooked in a wood burning oven which gives it a unique taste! I ordered the Caprese salad & Margarita pizza
