Our company has a back stock of Microsoft Surfaces that we needed evaluated and assessed. Were they worth keeping? Did they need more money invested in fixing? I didn't know and required an expert to take a look and get them up to par. Bryant answered my call and did an amazing job of explaining to a layman what was worth it and what wasn't even worth the keys. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what we needed. Zach Brinkley & Bryant Dixon were tremendously helpful setting up my replacement laptop. They were both extremely knowledgeable and efficient with what they each helped me with, and their high level of competence and patience was a helpful support during a very busy time to need a new computer. I spoke with Nicole on the phone set up an appointment - she was very polite and great to work with to get that taken care of. Patrick from the Hiram Warehouse came out to look at our set-up. Not only was he early for the appointment, he was very polite and friendly. He got started right away and was extremely thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing and went over every aspect of my questions and concerns with me. Patrick even followed up with me after the appointment. I will absolutely use SCA again for my needs as they arise!
