I'm sad to say that I am checking out tomorrow. Everything; the staff, the room, the included breakfast and the location have been amazing. This gem is in the heart of St. Helena surrounded by exquisite food, wine and scenery. The in-room fireplace is a wonderful touch
Southbridge is a great find on the southern tip of St. Helena. Easy walk into the charming downtown, and adjacent to two outstanding restaurants. Rooms were reasonably priced and well-appointed. Will definitely stay there again.
My stay at Southbridge Napa earlier this week for a conference was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff made me feel welcome and valued. The check-in process was smooth, and I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The team at the front desk was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The rooms at Southbridge Napa are nothing short of stunning. They are beautifully designed with elegant decor and offer a cozy, luxurious ambiance. My room was immaculately clean and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed, in addition to having a working wood burning fireplace! The plush bedding and spacious layout provided a relaxing environment to unwind after a long day of meetings. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary in-room breakfast. The selection was diverse and satisfying, with fresh pastries, fruits, and a variety of beverages. It was a perfect way to start the day, and the convenience of having breakfast delivered right to my room was a delightful touch. What truly set Southbridge Napa apart, though, was the exceptional service I received. One morning, I discovered a loose button on my shirt, and the woman at the front desk kindly offered to sew it back on for me. Her willingness to help and genuine care for my well-being was incredibly touching. This level of service is rare and greatly appreciated. The property itself is breathtaking, surrounded by lush landscapes and serene views. The peaceful atmosphere adds to the overall charm of the place. Whether relaxing by the pool or exploring the beautiful grounds, there was a sense of tranquility that made my stay even more enjoyable. In summary, Southbridge Napa provided an outstanding experience that exceeded my expectations in every way. From the friendly and accommodating staff to the luxurious accommodations and beautiful surroundings, this hotel is a true gem. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Napa, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely be returning for future stays!
We just checked out of Southbridge and I'm ready to go back already! There's nowhere better to stay when visiting wine country. Prime Location: The hotel is situated perfectly within walking distance of downtown St. Helena. This made exploring the charming shops and restaurants incredibly convenient. We were able to walk to many of our resturant reservations and some of our tastings. When we couldn't walk, parking was never an issue. Wonderful Staff: The staff at Southbridge were top-notch. From check-in to check-out, everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Comfortable & Stylish Rooms: Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The little touches, like cookies, fresh fruit, and even a bottle of wine were a delightful surprise and showed they care about the details. Great Amenities: While the hotel itself doesn't have a gym, they offer access to a nearby health club/spa. This was a great perk, especially after a day of wine tasting! We indulged in the steam rooms, pool, and hot tub. I even got a brow lamination from Val, who was spectatular! Overall, Southbridge provided an exceptional experience in the heart of Napa Valley. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, comfortable, and well-located place to stay while exploring the wine country.

The Southbridge hotel is in a perfect location in St Helena. Most of the wineries in Napa are less than 15 minutes away. There are several outstanding restaurants within a a 5-10 minute walk. We also really enjoyed the room service breakfast every morning that got our day off to a great start.
Loved staying at Southbridge Napa Valley... we will be back! It had been years since I stayed at Southbridge Napa Valley. The rooms have been nicely updated and are very comfortable. The breakfast is fabulous, especially the english muffins. Great location as well.
The hotel is a perfect location. There are three restaurants that are within a few steps of the hotel. There is also a spa with swimming pool and hot tub right adjacent to the hotel. The rooms are modern and very clean. Breakfast is provided each morning in your room at the requested time. There’s a good selection of cereal, muffins, fruit, coffee, etc. The staff is very helpful, very polite and friendly.
