The staff are so friendly and helpful! It was my first time drinking a loaded tea and they helped me pick out what they thought suited my taste and was so patient in doing so!

Always friendly service. He offers suggestions and customizes my beverage based on what I tell him I feel like having when nothing on the menu strikes my fancy.

Great customer service every time I go and I love my strawberry shortcake shake and I try all different teas they suggest for me because they know what I like..

Hands down some of the friendliest people I've ever met. Wonderful customer service and they pay attention to the details! They even know my order by heart now lol.
