i had to keep calling once a month about my computer. He finally got it fixed, can called me 100 times in 3 days to come pick it up. It broke again, i dropped it off, and havent heard from him again. I think he moved.

I had a problem logging in to my HP15 laptop, the PIN did not work. I called them to see if they could help and they gave me enough help on the phone from to resolve the issue and log in to Windows 10 . I h. There was no charge.
