This was a fantastic 2 night Anniversary stay at Southard House. Check in time was very flexible as we stayed in contact with Cammey letting her know of our arrival time. She was very friendly and knowledgable of the town. Gave us great suggestions on dinner locations for both nights we stayed. Not only that but she prepared our 3rd floor room with rose petals as it was our 18 year anniversary. At the end of the nights, she unexpectedly brought up strawberry shortcake the first night and cookies and milk the second night for desserts. Breakfast each morning was soooooo good. The menu was easy and flexible as my wife has some food allergies and Cammey was very accommodating. The second day breakfast was even better than the day before as she offered up a special recipe breakfast that was soooooo goooood! We highly recommend this jewel of a B&B in Enid, OK. You must visit soon! Thank you Southard House and Cammey for your wonderful B&B and service!

We went to celebrate our 22nd anniversary. Cammey was a wonderful host and worked hard to make sure our stay was prefect. We will be back for sure. We enjoyed breakfast served in our room and it was wonderful.

My husband and I were looking for a quiet place to have some time together. We booked the Southard House B&B just a few days before our stay, based on the pictures on their website and a few reviews we read. ||We stayed in the Suite Hope. It was a quaint little suite with a beautiful bay window. The house itself was built in 1912 but has been remarkably restored. ||The room was very comfortable and nice. The bed was wonderful and the bathroom was roomy with a nice sized shower. They provided robes which was a nice touch. ||The breakfast on Saturday and Sunday was delicious and we LOVED the fact that it came to our room and we were able to dine privately. That made our weekend even more romantic. ||Tammy and James were gracious hosts attentive to every need. We found out the third floor has a suite with several private rooms so we will try to book that one next time but will plan several months in advance. ||The antique malls close by, are a nice activity for Saturday afternoons and we picked up a few mementos from Tammy's boutique. ||Overall a spectacular getaway and will definitely be back. ||Things to note- breakfast during the week is continental, stairs go to all rooms, not all suites have separate rooms, and rooms fill up quickly so plan accordingly.

I stayed a week at the Southard House. I was on a business trip. I thought it would be nice to stay in the bed and breakfast instead of a hotel. I half to say I had a great stay. The Hope room was peaceful and the bed was very comfortable. The house was very beautiful and peaceful. The owners were so accommodating and they are a lovely couple. It was truly a home away from home. It had everything you would need including a good wi-fi signal. Tammy left me a little treat everyday, a cupcake or cookie was the perfect way to end the day. It is in a great location and close to Callahan's which was my favorite place to eat! Fish & Chips are amazing. I will definitely stay again if in Enid. Thanks Tammy and James!| Joey King, Houston, TX

The Southard House was everything i could hope for. I stayed there for two nights, the night before my wedding and my wedding night. Tammy made everything so special for me and my maid of honor the night before decorating the room and the homemade breakfast in the morning. We were also able to get ready in the New Beginnings room. Which was perfect. Tammy allowed us to take photos throughout the house. Every room and the parlor was perfect for taking bridal photos and the staircase was absolutely beautiful. I couldn't ask for more. My new husband and I stayed the night of the wedding and once again they decorated our room with newlywed themed decor, the bed was amazingly comfortable and the homemade french toast casserole was awesome! All in all the Southard House was beautiful and Tammy and James are the best hosts. We are definitely going to stay again!

Beautiful decor, comfy bed, great shower. Breakfast was wonderful and filling. It was uncomfortably warm in the room. A/C. Definitely needed to be set for a lower temp. Never covered up all night. Never cooled off. There was no drinking water except for the sink, but no drinking glass. Would have been great to have some ice water or bottled water available. Have stayed at many B and B's and have always had iced water, tea, leomade and coffee prominently displayed downstairs for the guests. That would have been very welcome. We were considering having a nurses 50th year class reunion here, but were told we could only use the parlor , not the dining room and could have no food or drink in the parlor . I do not think there is a bathroom on the main floor either, so I think this would probably not be convenient for women in our 70's. Was a little shocked to read the reviews that baby and bridal showers were hosted here. All in all, except for the heat and no water, the B and B was lovely, the decor and gift shop were lovely.

What a nice weekend getaway in a lovely, spotlessly clean, historical home. I loved sitting in the window seat wondering what it must have been like to look out that window in 1912 when the home was built. There was lots of detail to the décor which made it both calming and relaxing. The location was close to downtown Enid where there are several nice restaurants, convention center, ballpark, and concert center, and shopping. The breakfast delivered to our room was great---cooked with care and served by the owner. The Southard House made our trip to Enid a delightful weekend. I suggest if you are going to Enid, do yourself a favor and stay here.

It was very beautiful. My wife loved the decorations around the house. I understand an 100+ year old house will have creaky floors. So that didn't bother me. Loved the clawfoot bathtub. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful.
