Excellent park to run, walk and walk with the dog and have an amazing view of the pier and marine. The building is gorgeous. The location is perfect.

Visited on New Years eve 2019 with family. We enjoyed walking around while vendors were setting up for the evening and listening to live music. My 3yr old grandchild was fascinated by all the boats at the marina and loved climbing up the huge Banyan trees. Lots of good restaurants line the street. Great place to spend a relaxing day. Parked in a parking garage 5 min walk from the parking. It was only $3 for the whole afternoon-what a deal!

Downtown St Petersburg is amazing. The founders were determined to maintain the original natural settings as much as possible. The waterfront captures the essence of why people come to visit then move to the area. There is so much to do around this part...two excellent museums and outdoor dining, a long causeway to the end of the pier. It all circles the historic park and draws people to engage in nature.

South Straub Park in St. Petersburg is a beautiful waterfront park It's perfect for a walk or run. It's a peaceful escape, with good vibes.. Highly recommend.

2019 Saint Petersburg Pride Parade What a visual experience! The people were vibrant, energetic, empowering, enthusiastic and just plain happy! The energy of the crowd was positive and loving. I saw some creative outfits, very colorful and expressive! This was my first pride parade so I had no idea what to expect. I was people watching the whole day, how could you not? I saw a range of age groups from babies to old people. I saw t-shirts that said Proud brother worn by little kids, I saw Proud Mom/Dad t-shirts and I saw girls walking around with no shirts. I attended this pride parade with my husband and we had a blast! We definitely felt the love 💜🧡💛💚💙❤

Nice bayside park in downtown st Pete. It's located right off of Central Avenue, the main street in downtown. You can walk by the water, and there's also a nice fountain.

All the parks are amazing in st pete. This one on the south south of beach drive has more marina water views and views to downtown st pete airport

We were here for the pride day parade. The park is nice and clean. It's on the waterfront, so theres nice breezes and vistas. There are clean-ish public restrooms. The park is surrounded by hotels, restaurants, and pubs, so there is plenty to do around the area. Its served by various buses, but there is limited parking in the area as well.
