I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the room. The attention to detail was impeccable, and it was evident that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work. I must commend the housekeeper supervisor for her exceptional attentiveness and assistance during my stay. Additionally, the front desk young gentleman provided excellent service, making my experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its clean rooms and outstanding staff.

I recently stayed at a hotel and I must say, the room was absolutely fantastic! First of all, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the room was. It was spotless and smelled fresh, which made me feel comfortable right away. The level of comfort in the room was top-notch. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff at the hotel were amazing. They were friendly, helpful, and always available to assist with any requests or questions I had. Their excellent service truly made a difference and contributed to a memorable experience. And thank you antonio for your help at the desk and will be a plesure to see you again and thank you for your assisistance. One standout feature of the room was the balcony. It was a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. The interior design of the room was also impressive. Overall, my experience at the hotel was exceptional. I highly recommend this room to anyone visiting the area. The cleanliness, comfort, and friendly staff made my stay truly enjoyable. I can't wait to return!

The traffic on s river drive with FedEx trucks, and 18 wheelers and all other cars is horrible. Plus you will take an hour to leave , and come .The house keepers stay on the hallways talking all the time& you can hear them while you’re trying to rest, they are loud,steel items from the rooms. Find another hotel with better service and location for the same price.Plus no restaurant walking distance or bus routes.!!!Also the parking garage floods very high and if you have a small call it will get wet inside.

Room was pretty large and had a big terrace. Ac makes lot of noise so woke me up couple of times when I was sleeping. There was no deposit so it’s a big plus.

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL!! This is a MOTEL/TRUCK STOP/AIRB&B. Received vehicle damage with a sharp object while park on the lower level of the garage in front of storage units of condo owners. My first day, while in the front desk, they were towing away a vehicle until another person came in storming the place and asked them not to tow it, they don’t provide parking passes. Tried to make contact with manager to confirm or deny if the damage happened there but unable to reach him, when calling, front desk they made fun of me and I never heard from anyone, I left them all my info at check out. Was not able to sleep for the 2 nights that I stayed there due to the smell from the cheap pillows and bed sheets, and also the noise early morning from the factory next door.

Terrible place. Far from everything. And poor service! I booked a stay at this place through AIRBNB with a host named Ana Maria. When I arrived to check-in I was required to message host for check-in information. I of course did the following but Ana Maria was unresponsive for about an hour. As I waited I got a vague response of “keys at front”, I assumed maybe I’d have to check-in through a receptionist. This place also has full families living, not fully a hotel, bear in mind. I entered and was greeted though by a nice gentleman who unfortunately told us there were no room. According to them they no longer booked through AIRBNB, idk who I was speaking to but why would you ACCEPT a reservation without checking your availability? Luckily AIRBNB was able to help me get a refund. The nice gentleman in the front offered a room but that took too long and I realized how loud the building was with the many families it had. I got refund and was shown the potential rooms but once Ana Maria found out I requested refund she refused to have us. If she ever considered how much time she wasted us of our trip, money and experience she possibly could have offered a discount or something, but nothing. I thanked the gentleman and felt totally embarrassed of what happened in front of my partner. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. Not worth the hassle. I do not blame the receptionist at front, he was considerate, the host/manager however should learn of taking courtesy when she upsets and inconveniences her guests.

I'm a truck driver that drives a day cab (no sleeper) so naturally I needed a room for the night. I picked this place because it was on the more affordable side since I get up early and hit the road. Thier website allowed me to book room after 11pm or so, I paid for an uber to get here only to be told by security that they leave at 11pm. Nobody to call no nothing and the guy said come back in the morning. It already charged my card I $99 for the reservation. I think. But I ca t talk to anyone. Will follow up in the morning.

Very disappointed with this place! My brother died and when I went to claim my brother's belongings I found that there were missing things along with money. The hotel would not return my brother's deposit or his rent that was paid in advance. The hotel owners nor their attorney will return my phone calls. Very shady place!
