Standard retail center with regional and national chains. Everything seems clean and well kept. A bit dated but functional. No real greenery or culture to it, just park and shop.
I went to Hobby Lobby, and Google will not let it go about me reviewing the shopping center. So, here I go. It's a rather flat parking lot, full of stripes. No mountains or rivers to speak of in said parking lot. Is it primarily made of cement, or is it concrete? I never can tell. The stripes see to be painted on, I originally thought it was natural formation of stripes. I have since concluded it is man made. There are buildings along It's parameter. These too are man made. They seem to come in various sizes and are decorated uniquely to help separate one store from another. Most if not all have a name at the top of the front area as it to help wary travelers and lookie loos tell one place from the next. If you only see one shopping center in your life, any will do. Seen one seen them all.
You won't find a better one stop shop for hard to find drinks and ingredients. They come in clutch every time, so much so that I've quit going anywhere else to even try. SPECS is my go to now... First time, every time. I never leave without everything I've come for and then some. Love my Lubbock Specs and their people!
Huge store - looks like they have it all. The only thing that was the refrigerator section for wine was it very small. This was a Saturday, so it's mostly beer in the cold refrigerator part. They do have tons of wine to select from, just not cold. If you are on your way to a party it would be no way to get it cold quickly. They have lots of other alcohol whiskey selections that are plenty that choose from.
Very clean and organized. No sales person was there to bother you. Plenty of parking area. Signs for handicapped was there. Wide assortment of spirits. Moderate pricing. Staff were smiling and asked if we were satisfied with thier stock and if we needed any assistance in finding anything sold there. I highly recommend this place if you need any kind of alcohol. I will go there next time if I need such item(s).
I had a wonderful time at Painting with a Twist. If you haven't been then you are missing out.
Great selection of everything u can drink and it's cheaper than any other place I can think of. Good liquor store and beer and more.
I love shopping here. There are several stores to enjoy and pick up gifts. What I didn't like so was standing outside of hobby lobby waiting for my Uber ride when they close at 8 p.m. and being stared at like I was up to no good. I purchased my items I politely waited outside for my ride and I'm not sure why I needed to be stared at by employees and managers like I was a suspect. Other than that I love shopping here.

The Carriage Ride is honestly the greatest highlight to Kingsgate. I don't know when it started, but Chuck and Sharon are the nicest people. Just really enjoyable people. It was a little cold, but that's the outsides fault. My son loved the Carriage

Cool place. Only thing is they need more seating In-between stores for customers. For example when my elderly folks go they have hard time finding resting areas.
