This place is just awesome. Everything I have tried from there has been great. We live in MN, and we come to town. We always fill a cooler and bring it back north with us. Even the chicken burgers are juicy and flavorful. The use of chicken thighs removes that chicken flavor that reminds you that you are eating a chicken burger. This place is a hidden gem, and the owner is super easy to work with and always a pleasure to speak with.
Called to ask if they had a particular item & cost. Butcher said he'd cut some for me & had the order ready on time. Counter staff was very nice & friendly. Oh, and they were the BEST chops we've ever had. Definitely heading back to this gem!

First time I went there with a friend they said it was a good place but when I walked in and smelt update November 2023 please review how to ⭐ you can respond to me too there's many reasons why people don't get there's not appropriate space for handicapped so if you're giving yourself a you're already misleading maybe the next time I drop in you won't know who I am but I will check it out I hope for purposes of cleanliness it was cleaned up that was never addressed I haven't been back there but it sounds like you took action to Clean or notice what people think
I bought two of the frozen brat patties. they were the patties with the bacon and cheese in it I put them on the grill and they just fell apart into pieces all into my grill. I could’ve cooked them wrong I don’t know maybe it was because they were frozen. So so far I’m not very impressed but I’ll probably try it again. Because it’s quite possible that I just had one bad experience.

My family is always trying something different and everything is always delicious, from the cuts of steaks, bacon, sausages, burgers and even mock chicken legs, to some of the best marinaded chicken I've ever made. This place is a hidden gem in South Milwaukee. The employees are friendly, kind, and helpful. The store is very clean and offers so many quality, well-priced options. They take special orders and give cooking suggestions. I ordered New York strips for a New Years celebration and they were absolutely phenomenal. Highly recommend.
