Miss Hannah did an excellent Storytime and held the children's attention which we know isn't easy!

The atmosphere was amazing. This will be my new place to study! The staff is very respectful and kind. Great place to ease your mind to read a book or to study for upcoming exams!

As an avid reader, I’m a big public library fan and this is one of the nicest. Was easy to get a card, great selection, easy to reserve materials and the staff is nice and helpful. I don’t have a printer at home, so I occasionally have to come here to print documents. Plenty of computers and printers are always available. I haven’t checked out any of the programs yet. Also voted here twice. Also seamless.

South Cobb Regional is my life, I grew up coming there since how long I live in Austell near Mableton, Lithia Springs, Powder Springs, Marietta, and such around Metro Atlanta. I love to read lots of books even check them out one by one especially DVDs, CDs, and back when they had VHSs. I used to volunteer there when I was in my junior and senior year at South Cobb High School, and even worked as an Intern at South Cobb Regional. It's the best part of the Austell / Mableton community where it is today.

Staff is very very friendly and helpful. Only the personal cubes have working sockets to plug in your laptops (which are not the cleanest, a bug ran across my cube). Most sockets on the tables don’t work and the chairs around these tables are hard and wooden. Internet is very slow (at least around the personal cubes at the back where I have to sit to charge my laptop).

Library card renewal time. We are lucky to have such a great library in our community. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I was very impressed with the service I received while waiting in line prior to submitting my vote. Although I didn't accept, I thought the offering of water, snacks,, and meal was a great gesture. I only was upset about one thing. I was sent to the back room to cast my vote and when done, a lady was there and I tried to get her attention to see where I go from there. She was not that friendly because she never looked up and continue to count whatever it was and finally,, after asking again she just pointed. I felt that I was interrupting her from something more important that my question. Overall, it was a pleasant visit and I only waited about 90 min. Thank you so much!

Very personable and professional. As an adult not had A library card since I was a teenager so it was nice to have a great conversation with the lady who signed me up. I felt like a kid getting my first library card again and she was very happy for me. Nice environment too.
