Had an amazing girl’s trip here! Every staff member was friendly, yet professional, accommodating, and met our every need. We’re really enjoyed the pool area and the cocktails pool side! The tasting experience was taken up a notch by Bradley our server! Such a nice young man, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We hope when we visit again he’s still with y’all!!

Just took a trip to South Coast Winery with my daughter…loved every minute of our visit! The food and wine were superb, and the service couldn’t have been better. Nick in the tasting room was such a sweetheart. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the wines offered, helpful in terms of travel suggestions, and easy to laugh. Meeting Nick was one of the highlights of our entire trip. We’ll be back — see you soon, South Coast Winery!

We had the most amazing wedding at South Coast Winery! After visiting over ten venues across Southern California, we ultimately chose South Coast Winery, which shows just how selective we were. We wanted a stunning venue that was dog-friendly, offered outdoor ceremony and reception spaces, had on-site accommodations, and featured plenty of greenery. South Coast Winery checked all these boxes and was the clear winner for us. Four months before the wedding, we had the chance to do a tasting and select the menu and wines for our guests, and we truly felt like VIPs. The food was incredible! It was a huge plus that there’s a restaurant on-site, which meant no need for a ghost kitchen or pre-cooked catering. Compared to other venues, South Coast Winery also has a reasonable food and beverage minimum (including rentals), and they even provide two suites for two nights as part of the wedding package. On the big day, everything went off without a hitch. Our South Coast coordinator, Alejandra, was fantastic and made sure everything ran smoothly. She even whisked us around in a golf cart, which saved us so much time during cocktail hour and sunset photos! The venue itself is breathtaking at any time of day—whether it’s during the day, at golden hour, or at night with the string lights. The way the sun filters through to the courtyard is just perfect. The food tasted just as amazing as it did during the tasting, and many of our guests said it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had! Our buffet featured chicken, salmon, steak, and a prime rib upgrade. And then there were the drinks! We had an open bar, and the bartenders were fantastic. Our signature drink was a blueberry margarita, and one friend joked, “The signature drink had no business being that strong!” Let’s just say everyone had a blast—maybe a little too much! Overall, I can’t recommend South Coast Winery enough. The venue is stunning, the staff is exceptional, the value is unbeatable, and the food is delicious. It was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!

Really lovely stay after the concert. Always an easy walk to the tasting room and pool/spa area. It's only an hour away from our home, but feels like a trip to another country!

Staff was friendly and helpful, resort is clean overall , but is in need of some upgrades and maintenance . I will come back to eat at The Vineyard Rose restaurant. It’s an excellent choice whether you’re staying at the hotel or not . Also the wine choices are numerous and you’ll definitely find one you love.

South Coast Winery Resort & Spa is a beautiful, clean, relaxing place. It offers private villas, gift shop, a restaurant with a great menu and service, delicious food, wine tasting, public and membership only bars. There’s just too many to mention! My friend & I stayed in one of their villas. In addition, it would be an incredible venue for a wedding. There’s too many things to mention that will entice you to make your way here. Just do your research for the best month to come. Late April was still in the 50’s but no regrets here. It’s was a few good days of R&R. To sum it all up, I would say that so far, it’s perfect with eye popping views!!!

Positive: - Great views from the room- large bathrooms- beautiful grounds- good wine tasting selection Negative: - Overpriced, mediocre food - staff demanded we make reservations for breakfast even if the place was empty. So unwelcoming after spending so much money to stay there- pool was dirty and cabanas were unkempt

South Coast provided an excellent home base to explore Temecula Wine Country. It is very close to other wineries and an enjoyable property. The entire staff was friendly and helpful during our 2 night stay. The Bed & Breakfast special was a good value with morning meal credits and 2 wine tasting tickets. We would recommend others to stay at South Coast for a relaxing time.
