My husband and I moved here a month ago. We absolutely love it here. Marisa, Vanessa and Mary are amazing. We moved from out of state and had so many questions, they were so patient with us.
I know some people complain about the tow trucks towing vehicles. If you pay for a reserved spot like we did you're given a permit to put on your car. If you have the permit you won't get towed. There is plenty of open spaces available for guests to park in.
As far as the gate being broken, things break. It's now fixed. But even before it was fixed we felt extremely safe here. As far as there being construction going on, if you don't upgrade or update things how can things get better? At least the complex actually cares about making upgrades. We did have a couple minor issues when we moved in. We made a maintenance request and the maintenance guy Manny was here the same day. He's a great guy, we had fun talking with him as he was fixing our issues.
We've met some of our neighbors and everyone has been super nice.
This is a great complex and I think you will be extremely happy if you move here.
Lived here for 3 years and I liked it. Good community. The leasing office is available and care about your concerns and well being. The maintenance is good at coming quickly and try their best. I had a few problems throughout my time but the staff honestly approached me with empathy and would fix all of my issues as quickly as possible. Great recommendation from me.
Look away from this place at all cost!
They have tow trucks come in and tow cars if you don't have a sticker on your car. Even though you pay EVERY month for your parking spot they will still tow your car. What I can't have a family member come and use my space that I pay for? They freely let tow trucks into our community so the tow trucks can make a profit. On top of that this place is under construction all the time. It's suppose to be a gated community but the gate is always open. Has been for the past few months. Anyone can just drive right in. After this lease I'm done and so is my neighbors. Let this be your warning. Do not move into this place.
I don’t live here but my sister does and the maintenance guys are always so fast and friendly. They do a lot of work (heavy lifting and such) they definitely deserve a raise!!! Ahah

Do yourself a favor and read the low rated reviews before considering this place. You can find better options for the price range.

Top Notch Service and a beautiful well kept location. I have lived at South Blvd Apartments for 2 years and my experience was wonderful. Marissa and Nick runs a beautiful complex (One of the best in Las Vegas) and was always a pleasure to deal with. The complex is clean and safe and they handle matters and maintenance request in a timely fashion (Usually the same day). The maintenance guys (Manny) are great. Thank you all for making my stay at South Blvd Apartments a pleasurable experience. Highly Recommended .
I would like to take a moment to acknowledged maintenance staff Manny.I don’t know about the other maintenance staff but I can assure you manny will get the job done. He worked diligently to ensure repairs were completed in a timely manner . He is efficient, thorough and committed to delivering excellent customer service. He exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend him for future promotions. He represents your company well.
I love South Blvd. It’s such a nice apartment complex. The pool, gym, and public areas are really nice. The location is great, and it’s a super quiet neighborhood. My washer broke and they were really quick to fix it, the maintenance guy was really friendly and made sure he did his job. Marissa at the office is super nice and easy to talk to, she makes sure everything gets taken care of, and is always trying to help if theres any question or concern which is amazing.
