Another great bar! Another bar you get the feeling of going back in time. A bar you see in the movies. Stop by!
They're a quaint neighborhood bar with an adjoining liquor store, which we patronized. It's compact but with a good selection. The guy at the counter was very helpful and we selected a local gin. Price is reasonable. The atmosphere is Alaska grunge which totally fits its neighborhood motif - most cruise people walk on by. I give it a 4.5 only because some snooty people might be put off by it. That's not fair.
Awesome local spot with friendly servers and classic cocktails. Great location and easy to find.
A locals and fisherman's bar which also welcomes tourists. The lady behind the bar was friendly and helpful. Service is good, but drinks are quite pricy, but maybe this is normal for Alaska. It has the feel of an old American bar. There is a wall of pictures, which are very interesting - collected over the years of boats run aground or on fire just mishaps that have happened over the years. We also met and chatted to some friendly locals. Would recommend stopping here for a drink - especially their local distillery gin cocktails!
Hi, I want to acknowledge an employee for their work on Christmas Eve. I had gotten into an accident 5 miles north of town, and the wonderful driver promptly picked us up. I didn’t realize until this morning that I had left my wallet in the cab until I went out on the porch and found a note the driver had written and the location where I could pick it up.
Connor was delightful and knowledgeable. The bar was great. If I were a local, I would totally hang out here.
A 97 year old bar with its 4th generation owner! Locals are great...they have no problem telling the history of the place...hard working bartender...great location to the cruise ships...a MUST stop...I gave no food rating...not sure they have any(?)
Best place to buy Alcohol to take back "in your bag" to the ship.

Beautiful lake! You can get a free shuttle to downtown from the cruise ship port, and then itâs a long and pretty steep incline walk through some neighbourhoods to the trail head. Thatâs the hardest part done! Only then a very short steep walk an
This hole in the whole was a perfect spot to grab a few drinks and have a cigar right on the back patio overlooking the water. Friendly staff and a full bar. Leave a dollar!
Was tough, harder than I expected. Hiking from sea level up to 900+ m would be fine, but last 250 m of height was in snow (June 7). Trail was 1 to 2 meters below the snow so it did not help too much :-). In some areas it was so steep that I grabbed t
We were in Ketchikan port for the day and rented a car. We lucked out with a beautiful day. Ketchikan is known to be one of the wettest areas in Alaska. We wanted to go as far away from the crowds and this was at the end of the main road. This is
Great find! We tried the oatmeal cream and gingersnap cookies, and the blueberry muffin. They were all delicious and the lattes were so good too! Would definitely come back if Iâm in the area again.
So easy to be on and off the docks here. Port security uses facial recognition but ship is close and easily accessible to town. Most tourist things are right off the ship in easy walking distance. Hit Mount Roberts Tram early or the lines get long
Very beautiful hike that is not far from town. I took an uber to get to the far end of the trail by the college and then it's an easy walk back to town from the closer end of the trail.
