Great service, I ran into some trouble building a media server. Jeffrey figured out what was going wrong and finished off the project. Not only does it work great, but the cable management inside was fantastic. Very reasonable pricing.

Jeffrey has helped me numerous times and has always gone above and beyond. He’s gone out of his way to pick up my laptop when I was in a jam. He’s also very educational, and will explain the work he’s done and give advice even beyond what the immediate issue is. He is quick and efficient and affordable for the amount of work he has done. He’s definitely my go to guy!

Jeffrey is one of the nicest persons you will ever meet. He is very good at what he does. I asked him to clone a SSD drive I installed on my older PC. It was done quickly and perfectly. I now have a resource for any computer issues. I won't go anywhere else! Incredible service!

I would definitely bring my PC with Jeffrey with my eyes closed. He gave me an appointment the same day despite being a little late, took care of my inquiries and addressed the situation accordingly. He did not come up with some of the lies or reasons technicians say to make you get a service. He took a look at my "broken" PC, and told me everything is fine, just get a new board to make sure I don't run into problems installing my old ram, which it was the main concern. Great talks, honest and pleasant service.

Jeffrey absolutely went above and beyond for me. His communication was spot-on his knowledge is top-notch. My laptop has been hacked he solved that issue and then it fried ( not his fault). He was kind enough to transfer everything from the old one to a new one. His knowledge is vast if you have any kind of a computer issue do not hesitate to call him. I had an issue with my PC. It wouldn't start cause of a faulty POWER button. I brought it to Jeff and he was very nice and courteous. He told me the part needed to be ordered and he'd let me know how long it was going to be when he received the part. Jeff kept in constant contact with me and did an AWESOME job on my computer. When this problem was going on I had my Mom in the hospital. I was there each day til 8:00 p.m. and when Jeff was finished fixing my computer he brought it to me at the hospital which I thought was amazing. And he didn't charge me extra for bringing it to me. I paid him an extra $10 dollars for doing that and it was worth every penny. There just isn't many stores like this around anymore....if I could give 10 stars I would have. P.S. Jeff also let me have my computer without paying him. It was a Saturday and his shop was closed Sunday. He said it's fine for you to come and pay me Monday. I couldn't believe it...his trust in me.

Unable to access my email for days, I placed a call to Sound Computer Services. I brought my notebook to Jeffrey's store and he was able to resolve my issue within an hour. However, I was still unable to access my email from my desktop computer. Jeffrey came to my home and was able to discover and resolve the problem. He installed an anti-virus program and explained to me what had happened. Jeffrey was considerate, patient with his explanation of what I had done to create the problem and to date I have had no further problems. I will surely recommend him.
