Such a friendly community gym with so much to offer! Josh is a great trainer and really targets what you need!
Myself and my husband have being going to Soules fitness over 4 years, Justin the owner is such a humble and soficated person.My husband does 1/2 hour training and I do the senior classes three times a week .It is amazing how all of his staff interacts with each and every person in such a helpful and happy way. I invited my neighbors last summer and they all join the gym also they are very please and happy.I would recommend Soules gym 100% to everyone .It is a real beautiful feeling when you finish working out.
Soules Fitness is a small family owned gym. It has a great atmosphere, the owner Justin and his staff are wonderful. If you are looking for a gym without all the hoopla of a chain but has all the equipment, personal instruction and a great mix of classes, this gym is for you!
Soules Sports and Fitness is a gem of a gym. The workouts are tailored to the individual. The expertise and knowledge of proper form and individual ability is better than I have experienced in other gyms. The classes are challenging and bring one up to one's potential without injuries. It is clean and friendly with a wide variety or machines and classes.
I have never enjoyed working out as much as I do recently with going to Soules Sports and fitness. The energy is amazing and classes are exciting and fun to be in. I have also made some great friends along the way. The owner Justin is always positive and you will see great results working with him or any of the instructors there. They truly are “workouts that work”
Excellent physical training that is fully customized to my objectives and needs. I'm very pleased with the results. I will continue my training sessions at Soules Sports & Fitness. Soules Sports and Fitness is great for senior citizens with particular problems to work out as well as bodybuilders and others. In addition to training, the exercise and spinning classes are excellent.
Soules Sports and Fitness offers something for everyone. While professional, the atmosphere is also friendly and supportive, and all of the staff are true gems. After years of no real exercise, Soules has gotten me started on a path to better health and fitness, and for the first time ever I'm actually enjoying it - the classes are absolutely fantastic!
If you are looking for a gym where you are welcomed by name, receive individual attention during group classes, and are pushed physically beyond what you ever imagined then Soules Fitness is the place for you. Friendly faces, fun classes, and a family feel is the best way I can describe my experience over the past year of membership.
