I moved here from Charlotte, NC and we have a restaurant there named American Deli. American Deli have the best party wings and Philly steaks. This is my second time at Souls. I ordered the philly the first time, they don't use American or provolone cheese, they put shredded cheese on the sub smh and the wings are terrible and don't look great. I'm just disappointed that they call these party wings. The drumsticks look like they're on steroids and the wings aren't any better. I had to go home and still re-cook my wings because they weren't extra crispy and if you want all flats, Soul's DO NOT let customers customize their chicken selection and they started speaking Arabic when I asked. I hope I find a great wing spot here because this is not it!!!
I always get the catfish and it’s consistently good. The pricing is good (comes with fries and a soda for around $10). They’re usually pretty fast preparing it too.
I’ve been there to pick up orders for door dash and always greeted with a smile. Today I wanted to try it for myself and man that was a good choice. You can order online, phone orders or inside. The menus are easy to read and straight to the point. Ordering was smooth and the wait was just a few mins. They have a little store connected to it with lots of things I never new were available. I’ll be back again soon
Been a regular at this joint for a while now. The service is great and the food is always fresh and delicious. Staff is friendly and Courteous. The atmosphere is pleasant and it’s nice, clean and cool during these warm days. Grocery section has a large assortment of middle eastern foods that are available and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.
The fact that the lady running the front who says she's the manager and treats customers so Rudely is beyond me! Every "What" answer she gave me when I asked her a question as she chose Not to make eye contact with me let's me kno how Unprofessional this business is..@ 1 point I had 2 ask her if she was having a Rough day 😤🤦🏾 Needless to say I WILL NEVER SPEND ANY OF MY MONEY @ THIS PLACE AGAIN! The food Actually wasn't even bad, but Customer Service goes a Looonnngg way!
Tripe sandwich consisted of batter only. When we called to advise of the situation, we were met with indifference from the woman who answered the phone.
Great food everytime, but please put cola in your selection for soda included, service is mostly friendly and helpful, very clean dining area, high prices for simple desserts,very small servings cake, pie, cheesecake, too much, other than that 5stars, the food really is GOOD guys & gals 👍😊 I'ma repeat customer
It was a very nice place to eat .we got ours to go cause we were in a hurry..they were extremely nice and patient cause it was our first time there..on top of that the food was awesome!! We will be going back to them and Penn Station East Coast Subs..great great food!! 👍👍
