Staci is AMAZING!!! I’m literally addicted to doing hot yoga forever! Every time I leave I feel like a brand new woman it feels so good it’s good for your mind body and soul. She’s so personable and makes you feel like you are meant to be there and makes you feel so loved she’s so uplifting and just such an amazing person to be around. Every guest I have taken has loved it so much! I will forever be grateful to be able to experience this class and I highly recommend you go.
I had never experienced HOT yoga before, and was hesitant! But Staci is such an excellent instructor!! By far it is the best hour you can give to yourself! It renews your mind, body and energy You will leave feeling Amazing!!
