Soul Bowlz - Health food restaurant in Mobile - 4413 Old Shell Rd, USA

Trendy… healthy… delicious. I took my 10yo granddaughter here and we fell in love with this unique little smoothie cafe. Food and atmosphere were great and the grandkid loved the free wifi. Parking is limited but I noticed that most people take their food to go so turnover is fast. Highly recommend!

This place has good fruit bowls, but the employees lately have not been as friendly.. we are trying to order and the cashier is on her phone talking to someone the whole time… they seem like they are inconvenienced when they have to work the last 2 times I’ve been here. It just doesn’t look professional— old shell location. 10/14 at 11:40 ish

Very cool place to try in Mobile. The vibe is cool and trendy. The staff was friendly and the smoothie bowls were really good and reasonably priced. I got the Ocean Bowl and a friend got the Soul Bowl. Nice spot for lunch or a weekend treat. I'd like to try the smoothies next time.

Out of this worrrrlllddd! It was my first Acai Bowel. I got a small and regretted it. The price ended up being the same as a large with my added raspberries. Small is $7.99 and large $10.99. I should jave gotten a large, save some for later. My order was the Acai, kale, Spinach, hemp granola, bee pollen, honey w/ slice banana, kiwi and I added raspberries.... May be more fruit they add but I think that's it. It was very good, so fresh and the fruit was ripe... nice and ripe.. like well in season.. just delicious! My family and I will be coming here often... more often. So filling. Not sugary sweet. All natural, natural fruit sweet with honey. I love it! The place itself is friendly, cozy and kid friendly. Nice games to play and for the kids they have a table nook area where they can colored acai bowl and blender... lol lol pictures. Super cute!

I’ve loved the smoothie every time. The staff has always been nice. Definitely will get service with a smile and a healthy drink to hit the spot in a hot day.

Super yummy! I got the dream bowl and subbed pineapple for the banana (not a huge fan). The only downside was the pineapple and kiwi were both pretty hard and not super ripe. Other than that, everything was great! I ended up going two more times to the Gulf Shores location before heading home from vacay.
