Sosuite at French Quarters - Rittenhouse Square - Hotel in Philadelphia - 1704 Walnut St, USA

Just stay in a hotel. Great location but the price is comparable to nearby hotels that won’t have gross stains all over the couch and gnarly mold in the shower. Check in not until 4, no on-site staff, no luggage check, etc. just makes the case for a regular hotel. The beer garden directly outside your window is also quite loud, hence the white noise machine and complimentary ear plugs. Staff did remotely accommodate an early check-in after repeated messages; definitely don’t count on it.

We visited Philadelphia in May for an event in the Rittenhouse Square area and stayed in the SoSuite units on Walnut Street. So convenient, beautifully furnished and comfortable. We were on the second floor, with a nice stairway or elevator access. The staff (offsite) were immediately accessible by text and fixed our access code and ac (too cold!) issue immediately. Excellent location, clean, beautiful unit. We have stayed there three times, always our first choice

From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The apartment was spotless and inviting, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the Sosuite team was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my visit. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning to Sosuite for future stays in Philadelphia.

The place was perfect. Clean, accessible and charming. The staff is very responsive. They are strict about check out so plan to leave on time. And recommended parking is more than stated. Otherwise, stellar.

Overall a very nice stay. High ceiling, appliances are top notch, nearly everything is good. The only thing I'd like to report is that this particular unit was a bit worn out in some places, which is a pity for such a high-end unit. The host took notice, so I believe this has been taken care of. The host is very kind and responsive. I would come back.

Just finished a near 3 months stay and was overall very pleased, I would stay here again. The location was excellent, being within walking distance of endless restaurants/bars/pubs and public transportation. It was also a very short (maybe 2 mins) walk from Rittenhouse Square, which was very nice to walk through, especially as the weather started to get nicer. I also enjoyed the convenience of having a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer in the apartment. The only issue I had during my stay was the heat in the apartment stopped working, which was fixed quickly by maintenance. Also, the walls apparently have very little to no insulation at all in between apartments and any louder conversations could easily be heard through the walls. I would def recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay in this well equipped and very functional Sosuite unit. The pics provided by the host are accurate and the condition of furniture, appliances, towels and bedding is very good. The quality of all these items is also quite high, not something that's a given these days. The elevator in the building is small but worked well. Communication with the host was efficient and quick via text. The view from the windows of the apartment are of the Walnut St. Beer garden and car garage (looking south/west). Overall: We liked the place and would stay again.

It couldn’t have been better….seriously. A perfect safe space to call my own for a few days. Best location I could have asked for seeing how it was my first trip to Philly. Highly recommend!!!
