Overall: high-quality fresh pasta, bread, and deserts! Service: Friendly. For dine-in, grab an available table first and then order at the front. Food: definitely the best pasta place in Ambler. Their pasta always tastes great, made fresh everyday. It’s a bit saltier side. Their rosemary/garlic/potato focaccia bread is so crispy outside and tastes great while waiting for pasta. I love their not-overly sweet tiramisu and cheese cake as well. Atmosphere : welcoming, warm Noise level: moderate - loud during Friday/Saturday night Wait: they have only a few tables available and tend to get very busy around 7pm. I recommend getting there early
We got butternut squash ravioli and a carbonara. They were both absolutely delicious. Staff was very friendly and the atmosphere in the place was great. About 15 seats for eating there but we brought it to Forest and Main. The brewery down the street. Highly recommend.
Absolutely unique place. These 3 guys from Italy are making pasta inside the restaurant in plane sight. They have 3 pasta dishes that change daily. You can buy their prepped pasta or lasagna (mushroom or veal!) and take it home. There are a few tables inside and you feel very special when they bring the food to you.
I have been shopping here a while for fresh pasta and hard to find cooking ingredients. The pasta is the best fresh pasta I have had - and they always have guanciale. We finally came for dinner to try the daily pasta dishes and they were EXCELLENT!! Great ingredients, super combinations, expertly prepared. This is the real deal. I highly recommend. There are different pasta selections everyday made with seasonal and local ingredients. These guys are pasta artisans!

I love going to Sorrentino Pasta + Provisions. Chef Max and the staff are extremely kind and welcoming. Sorrentino's food rivals the best restaurants I've been to. Anytime I take a bite into the salad, focaccia bread, or pasta, I want to sing and dance out loud--seriously! Recently, I drove out on a Sunday afternoon to get the Rosemary focaccia bread before closing because it's THAT GOOD! I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. It's got a great cozy feel, super delicious food, and it's situated in a beautiful place close to the Ambler movie theater. I know I'll be coming back here regularly. 10/10!
With only 3 specialty entrees on the menu (these change daily), I just can't imagine the 3rd tasting any better than the two my friend and I had. OMG this place is legit Italian in every way. Freshly made pasta and layered flavors in every dish that take you back to Italy. It's a small space so get there early but just get there. They won't disappoint!
Amazingly fresh pasta prepared daily with a unique menu that makes me want to go back to try everything! Had the best Carbonara (prepared right with Guanciale) and got fresh bucatini for takeout along with some red sauce, prosciutto and broccoli rabe tortellini, and some mini cheesecakes. The focaccia was also unreal! They also accommodated my wife who has Celiac with gluten-free pasta from Italy so she was pleasantly surprised! Highly recommended...we will be back! 😊
