Fun Mexican restaurant in Nutley, excellent food and awesome ambiance. For dinner we had red Fresh homemade guacamole with fresh warm fresh tortillas, just delicious! Me and my friend both got veggie burgers and they were amazing, strong curry smell. But I love that. String drinks and amazing friendly and attentive service.

10/10 a very comfortable place, super good service and wow super delicious food, the drinks were incredible!! The watermelon martinis were delicious, Fabián, who was our waiter, was always attentive and made us feel very comfortable! I fell in love with this place and the people who work there... they make you feel at home... we will definitely return to enjoy the exquisite food, drinks and atmosphere

This is my Second time coming and my wife’s third time coming in 1 week. The food here is really good and flavorful. Tastes like everything is made from scratch. As I was writing this review they just handed me a free shot on the house. Happy hour is from 12pm - 10pm and drinks are strong. Service is exceptional. The manager or the owner recognized us and immediately greeted us. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

When you can smell the corn tortilla before biting it, you know its good! My order of Los Pinches Tacos with steak came with three yellow corn tortilla tacos, avocado, freshly cut cilantro, onions, and the perfect amount of cut up steak that did not disappoint. Before my tacos, my husband ordered a Burreta Brushetta as an appetizer serving size enough for two. The arugula was fresh, the tomatoes, peppers and onions still tasted hot off the grill with prosciutto, fresh mozzarella drizzled with balsamic vinagrete and olive oil. We brought it down with their still water Aguapana that was refreshing served with lemon. My husband had a Grilled Chicken Sandwich with pesto sauce, grilled peppers and onions with pepper jack cheese and lettuce. As he bit into his sandwich I could hear the crunchy outside bun but the tenderness of the chicken and all the ingredients made his sandwich look succulent even for the most difficult food critics. This sandwich comes with bacon, he ordered his with no bacon and it didn't disappoint! I would definitely return and try their enchiladas chilaquiles which will be next for me! The waiter was attentive and courteous with my husband who is a hard critic for service, cleanliness and quality of food. Their decorations and style was a reflection of the Day of the Dead decorated with a black background with mosaic colors of roses, marigolds, their awning letters gave a similarity to the lighted candles you would normally see. For those that love taking pictures they had an awning angel wings ready for photo booth as you wait close to the entrance. Great place to be around Halloween or just to watch a game with all their television screens in just about every corner had a game on. There's street parking on the side of the building, speak to the workers to make sure its available for patrons. There's street side parking as well. It was not crowded for a Sunday afternoon.

We had the molcajete, short ribs , baba cream brûlée , Buffalo calamari. The service was excellent . Molcajete was good , beef short ribs was perfectly cooked but little on the saltier side . Banana cream brûlée was ok. The service and the atmosphere is vibrant.

I loved this restaurant! The service was great and they were passionate about their recommendations! I had the churrasco Latino and it was delicious and I definitely recommend it! Luis was amazing and made this experience one to remember! Thank you!!

We discovered this place right before the New Year and holy cowmazing!!! Julio the bartender is a major asset and treasure to this place. We ordered the french toast platter and I was in heaven!! I have never had french toast this fluffy and delicious! Have to appreciate the dedication that goes into those french toast. We had the Bloody Mary’s and they were perfect!! After discovering Sonoma Bar & Grill in Nutley, we came the next day and we are here now. I seriously cannot understand how this place remains a little hidden gem. They have Friday night DJ’s, they are open long hours, sure Nutley is quiet, but once you step into this place, you are transported to making this place the fun you want it to be. How this place is not filled to the brim on the regular is beyond me. This hidden gem needs to be outed and discovered by all. Drinks galore, food galore, and a most amazing staff!! Amazing. Tonight, we ordered the short rib enchiladas and peach dessert, we were in heaven!!!! We are so happy we came! And they can make blended drinks!!

Had dinner there tonight. My co worker recommended this place. Owned by her family. Let me tell you it was the best food I've had in a long time. Especially the rice! Super friendly staff. Even shook my boyfriends hand to thank us for coming. Also highly recommend the sweet calamari! Also the best I've ever tasted. Crunchy and sweet. We will definitely be back for more date nights.
