Sonic Drive-In - Fast food restaurant in Lincoln Park - 3745 Dix Hwy, USA

I got a strawberry shake that tasted like cardboard for $5 and my chicken sandwich was pink and had like blood spots or bruises……………….. completely disgusting and a waste of my money😭

The shakes were good, the blasts were really good. The service was fast. I used their bathroom on my visit, Jan 10th, it looked like it hasn't been cleaned for probably months. Seems like Sonics are in some kind of competition for most disgusting bathroom in the state. In my opinion, if their employees are not up to the task of cleaning them, and if the franchise owner doesn't want to hire an outside company to clean them, why the hell even have them? Seriously, just lock the bathroom doors if you can't keep them sanitary.

I tried to tell them that these were raw. The entire pack was raw like this. Is it too much to say I’m sorry we will do better? I was just ignored. This is unacceptable. The way it was handled was also unacceptable not to mention rude. I’ll never go back.

Was not impressed with Sonic at all. So we ordered two orders of tots and were only allowed 3 packets of catsup??? My burger was a complete mess. Way too much mayo and was very difficult to eat with only the few napkins that we were given. So much sauce that the bun was soggy. Very disappointed.

Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered DoorDash from this sonic and received this. The bun was barely cut and not even in the right spot. There was a teaspoon of chili and NO CHEESE. On top of that, they placed the coney dog upside down in the container. Even like this, the hotdog was inedible. The weenie itself tasted like it had been sitting out all day. The store is supposed to be open till midnight and they weren’t. I couldn’t even take the food back myself to get a new one made or anything. My tots were cold. The only thing that was decent was my drink. They can’t even blame it on DoorDash cause the driver had to wait 15 min to receive this dump of an order. How does it take 15 min to make such a cold monstrosity of an order. This is the 3rd time I’ve placed this exact order and I’ve received very poor food. This place needs to hire people that are motivated and willing to actually put effort into their job. It’s not hard to make a hotdog. Definitely not worth $15 an hour!!! 0 STARS!!!

We waited several minutes, about 15 for them to tell us drive thru only. They knew we were there waiting. Hacked me off. I gave been reading a lot of your reviews. A lot of problems. You tell them to escalate. That should be your job. Go to that store with their complaints. Why should the customer do your job too.

I had no idea Sonic was open in the morning. We ordered on the app when we got there and decided to do the Ultimate Meat breakfast wrap. They were super fast about getting the food out. But when we ate the wraps, there was no Ultimate Meat that they spoke of, and it left a weird after taste. Their burgers, chicken, dogs, and tots are always amazing. Just not the biggest fan of the wraps. Still love coming here when we do.

Service is terrible and so is the food, if not burnt it’s undercooked that’s if they remember it
