Sonic Drive-In - Fast food restaurant in Lafayette - 616 W Pinhook Rd, USA

Everything was cold and bad. The burger, fries, tots, all feel like they'd been sitting out for at least an hour. Instead of remaking the shake they got wrong, they brought us some syrup. Most bad service I can understand, this was just confusing.

This is the worst Sonic establishment I've ever been to. They consistently get our order wrong, burn things and forget items. Today was the last straw, I waited a combined total of 45 minutes for my order to be taken and delivered even though there were very few other customers, and then it was undercooked. Avoid this one if you can.

Health inspector must not come by very often was served a burger that the bun was stiff and going stale. Almost as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for an extended period of time rather than being prepared when I ordered. Staff was unemotional when they handed me my order as if they didn't care about the customers at all just that they could hand it off and run away. Someone messed up the ratio of ingredients in my ocean water as well as it does not taste the same as every other time I've ordered it. Overall disappointed.

Workers were Very friendly they checked on me three times. It was very nice. The food was hot and fresh.

Menu is backward. Wrong order came. Did not charge proper amount. Food was cold and soggy. Do not recommend. Not a fan. And now I remember why.

Food was made with old oil, since according to the employees their shipment of oil had not come in. The food didn't look good and definitely did not taste good.

Food was cold like it’s been sitting there! I’m very upset because I haven’t eaten sonic in a year and I come back to disappointment.

I guess you have to come a certain time of day to get good food/service. My food was prepared very sloppy. Cheese was melted and stuck to the paper on my coneys. They were stacked so they would collapse and get stuck. I complained about it and asked for them to be remade and put in a flat box container. It was brought out the same way collapsed and stuck together. I again complained and was told that's how it's coming out so that's how you're going to get it. And I didn't get my reciept. Had to ask for it multiple times. None of my orders of tater tots were full, they were cold also. Odd as got as it is outside.
