Will never go back to this sonic. I first ask for 2 fries , they give us a tot. We respectfully as for a fry , because we did not order a tot. They give us a bag and again, had another tater tot in it. We begin to eat our food at home and at the end of the our meal; find a hair in it. Disgusting and disappointed.
Don't go to this sonic unless you have all day to wait in line. They are too busy messing around and ignoring customers. 3 times now I have e sat in line for at least 20 minutes just for a drink and every time I can see them messing around instead of taking my money or card. I thought places like this had time limits.
Today we had fast service and great burgers. But, the highlight was William working the drive thru. Amazing customer interaction and a smile that can’t be beat! We will be back.
My opinion of today's Sonic is based on what Sonic was like late 70's early 80's. I worked at one of the first Sonic Drive-in's locations in New Mexico. It was my first job and I worked there off/on for about 6yrs as a Car hop on roller skates and as Fountaintender. My experience recently at the "newer" Sonic location in Alamogordo NM was so disappointing that I wonder if I'll ever have a satisfactory experience at Sonic again. This location has a drive up lane so lots of vehicle exhaust smells and noise. Along with those smells there was also the smell of spoiled food, garbage waste, and trash. Very unappetizing. I chose to eat parked under a tree at a nearby park. By the time I got there, less than 5min, took my food out of the bag, it was cold. Why? Because the bag was not folded over to keep the warmth in. I had ordered a double meat pattie, cheese burger. It was sloppily, slapped together, with 2 pickle slices, brown edged lettuce, and a small, squishy, tomato slice. Plus because it was cold, congealed grease along the bun edge. It was the grossest looking excuse of a cheeseburger I've seen in quite some time. Appearance can make the taste, and that burger didn't taste very good at all. Seems to me that Sonic Drive-in's, their management, and employees take little to no pride in their business. From top to bottom, inside and out, food appearance and taste. This was one of the worst experiences I've had with Sonic Drive-in's. Unfortunately, this decline of quality throughout the food service industry has become increasingly common. Sonic Drive-in's just happen to be the only food brand I have 1st hand experience with.
A dependable Sonic, but we drive a full size truck & it is very stressful to try to park in the sites. There is literally about 4 inches clearance on each side - or less. There a days we go to McDonalds just because of the parking stress.
I asked for 2 kinds of dipping sauce, I got none. The screen was so faded I couldn't see the tip options so I had to just tap a random spot.
The food is consistently very good, but it would be great if they were able to open the stalls. Only the drive up window is open due to labor shortages.
Ordered an oreo shake, and there was broken glass in it!! Good thing it cut my tongue or I wouldn't have noticed. 😬
Being vegetarian and finding a proper meal was extremely difficult in Alamogordo. Taco Bell came to our rescue. Their vegetarian menu had so many options for you to choose from, and their website clearly talks about certified vegan options. Their ord

First off, meat is delicious. Iâve had every cut from my cow so far and every bite has been tasty. Initially, there was a delay in the cow, but they communicated every detail with us. They delivered to Albuquerque. Weâre going to buy another cow
Everything was wonderful from the young man who called me to set up the appt to Dr Al's interview for my further needs. The girl at the desks and Vanessa who was in charge of explaining and scheduling my surgery. I can give it a five or more. Will
My son and I visited the Tularosa Basin Museum for the first time, and our knowledge of how Alamogordo and the surrounding area formed. Very informative, with actual photos and items of the past century and a half. My outlook of Alamogordo increased
We absolutely loved the vibes and atmosphere. We are new to the area and we were very surprised by the friendliness. Great deals cheapest in the town according to the bud tender and since it was my wife's birthday she got half off a gram pre roll.
Dr Durant has been my primary care physician since 2020. He has been great. Very timely, to the point and listens to me. He is on top of everything going on with me. I am so glad I found him. The front end staff and MA are also great. Very kind and c
Tony is insanely talented!! From the moment I walked in we instantly clicked, treated me as if we been friends/family for years. He's pierced me multiple times and is working on a tattoo in celebration of my daughter's birth. I'm super stoked and can
Grabbed dinner here on our way through Alamogordo. Absolutely phenomenal food - the pecan pesto pasta and southwest meatloaf were delicious and we'd definitely order them again. The prices were right and the portions were generous. Will definitely co
