Sonic Drive-In - Fast food restaurant in Southaven - 7152 Airways Blvd, USA

No pic due to the food was missing. Stopped by here on my way into Memphis to get my kids dinner after a long drive from out of town. Get home after a 13 hour drive to relax only to find that all the food isn’t there to feed the kids. We were missing a the main part of the combo which was the chili cheese dog. We got mozzarella sticks and no marinara sauce. Had to leave back out the house at 9pm at night risking my life and my kids to go back out into the streets to get something that I already thought I got… dinner. Called the store and spoke to a guy Justin I think who spent way more time trying to verify the order instead of assisting me with it. Then responded with … I can get you another chili cheese dog when you come back…. The audacity and confidence to think I would ever stop by there again smh this is why people door dash so they can securely get a refund on such poor customer service.

I'm so glad they were open that close to a holiday and tipped accordingly to show my appreciation. Plus the food and service were great!

I know it's late but I had to post this. Visited them in March during my lunch break. Didn't check my food until I was almost back at work. So no time to return. Ordered the Super Sonic Burrito, no tots. This is what I got. See pics. I was flabbergasted at what I got. Hurt my feelings when I saw it. I couldn't believe they actually sent this out.

Got my food the bag was greasy. The tater tots where so greasy that oil was standing in the tater tot cup. Grease wasted all over my clothes. How can you bring food out like this. This is totally unacceptable.

Place is horrible at Dinner time, customer service is HORRIBLE…. Manager that worked tonight told me that someone canceled my entire order, i’ve waited almost 45 minutes thinking my food was gonna be fresh whole time, someone canceled my order, I asked for CORPORATE NUMBER, was told i couldn’t get it!!!! RIDICULOUS!, if i could rate a ZERO i would !

Sonic usually does a good job, but lately they have been missing the mark. I came last week and ordered a chicken sandwich and mozzarella sticks. The chicken was dark and overcooked, which made me wonder when was the last time they changed or filtered the oil. The mozzarella sticks were so overcooked the cheese had fried out of the breading. Four of the six were completely hollow I came back today and ordered chicken tenders. They were dry, tough, and very overcooked. I guess they are using the same oil that they used last week. I hope they do something about their cooks and fryers, because I have come to expect better.

Only 3 stars because it's always something with this location! First the order taker had an attitude! Second our food took long enough for it to be fresh only to give old food and food we didn't even purchase. Like the burger wasn't our order and it was hard as a strong man on Viagra about to throw down with two big girls wearing chicken and pancakes!(we did go at 9pm and they close at 10pm). 🤦🏽‍♀️ Yet we was able to get better service and food when spoken to the manager! So kudos to the manager for his patience, understanding and service he provided!
