Sonic Drive-In - Fast food restaurant in Sparta - 659 W Bockman Way, USA

Girl taking our order kept getting it wrong. Whenever I questioned what was on the screen, she would say that was exactly what I ordered. Finally asked if she could do my order correctly, or if I needed to go somewhere else. She finally repeated it back correctly. Drinks correct, looked at labels on burgers, labels were correct. Burgers inside wrap were not correct and didn't match the labels on them. Had to get them corrected.

Very narrow bays to pull into especially if you have a pickup truck. The order point is also low to the ground making it harder for taller vehicles. Fries were good even though it took a fair amount of time to receive them.

Ordered from the app, app froze but took my money. When asked about it they said, they don't have my order and the app has it and I need to re-order. Also every other time I've been here they always mess up my order. Hence why I tried the app to try and avoid any misunderstanding.

We ordered our drinks and they were brought out super fast! The staff are always friendly and I have been going to the same Sonic since high school and that was over 20 years ago. Lol worth a try for sure!

Well you can't do nothing but love Sonic. Price this might be a little tied but the food is very very excellent

I'm not sure how to begin this, not counting it took awhile for them to even take order and within 5 mins my food was being delivered not to mention it wasnt all thay hot either.... .A few nights ago I was eating in my car, got to the last couple of bites and boom theres a hair(BLACK HAIR) remind you I DONT HAVE BLACK HAIR!!! So I press the button and ask for a manager. This guy walks to my car, more or less laughs and tells me it's my hair it was 10 inches long! NO DUDE IT WASNT MY HAIR! Instead of him fixing the situation, (HE STILL LAUGHING) he drops this hair, (STILL LAUGHING) he still says it was my hair cause its 10in long and they dont have anyone with long hair cooking! Well I dgaf long short round or square THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY BURGER, PERIOD!! When I say a hair it was in the meat between the bread and with all the fixings!!! I pressed the button to tell them and I get laughed at!!! SONIC YOU NEED TO TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE THAT YOU HAVE RUNNING YOUR CHAIN TO ACT LIKE A MANAGER, IF THATS WHAT HE WAS!!! In the meantime I WILL NEVER GIVE YALL A PENNY OF MY MONEY AGAIN!!! Plus I didnt even ask to get my money back after all this!!! #sonicishairy #nomanageronduty #managerwasajoke

The food is usually always hot and fresh, as are ice cream drinks and slushies. However, when I (or anyone) order pretzel sticks and menu says it “comes. W cheese cup”, pls put in the darn cheese cup/dip!’ So frustrating!! It was a to go order, I can’t go back as I’m currently disabled and can’t drive! So now, dry and plain pretzel sticks. The carhops are always friendly and I appreciate that.

Terrible. When visiting family, we always make a point to stop at the Sonic in Sparta. Tonight was awful. Out of 5 burgers, 3 had wrong condiments even though the stickers were correct. Burgers were COLD and bun was falling apart. We couldn't eat three of the burgers. After spending $48, very disappointed.
